I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
Please refund my money. Details are given below:

    My pan card has been returned to pan office in mumbai due to "consignee's address incomplete/ landmark needed".
    Earlier i was in tirupur but i have now come to chennai due to personal reasons.

    Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is insufficient address. The same has been re-dispatched on 08-Mar-2018 by Registered/Speed Post** vide airway bill no. EA[protected]IN.

      I applied for PAN card for my wife almost 1 year back for income tax purpose, My Acknowledgment Number is [protected]. When I am checking status on tin.tin.nsdl.com it is showing "Your application is under process at Income Tax Department." from past 1.5 years. I am frustrated and there is no way to check the exact status and to know why it got stuck. Please help me in getting the exact status.

          I have applied for PAN Card online correction with option E-sign via Aadhaar.
          The form was submitted successfully with correct details, I received my temporary token no. and payment was made by Internet banking. My money Rs115 was successfully deducted. But I did not receive OTP for AADHAAR authentication. Please help me in resolving this issue.

[protected] on date 01/02/2018 but the status is show that documents not received but i call to nsdl call center on [protected] she said, "sir we have received your document and we prosses it fast. But till date we not receive any pan no. And no chenge the status. please sole this matter as soon as possible.

                  Sir/mam,

                  I applied through e-kyc for pan card (Acknowledgement no - [protected]). I made payment and authenticated my aadhar card also.

                  After completing all the process of application. I got a pdf file with acknowledgment number. On checking status of my pan card using that acknowledgement number, it says sorry no record found.

                  Please take a look at this issue.

                      I have applied pan application through nsdl website and selected option as nsdl e-governance infrastructure — e-sign/ekyc. Application process was successful and received 15 digit acknowledgement number. My acknowledgement number is as followed [protected]. But when i checked applied pan application status in nsdl website, it shows no record found. Please check and update asap.

                        Sir/madam,

                        I have applied for new pan card on 8th march 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                          I registered in the nps account from internet sbi banking and got the pran no:[protected] by sms, but am unable a to login to set my i-pin and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

                          No response received from Consumer complaints. But my PRAN got updated in the SBI system through normal process. It took 1.5 days for it to get updated in the system. SBI is slow. Always please try to open the PRAN account by eNPS.nsdl.com which is direct, proper, fast & more reliable.

                              My name is jaymangal kumar. I applied for pan through ekyc online. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.115 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 26/02/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."
                              So i request you to please refund debited amount as soon as possible.

                                I open a National Pension Scheme account. I am individual subscriber of Tier I account - I have used Aadhar registration process.
                                I have also paid initial amount in that account.

                                I received PRAN number only through SMS & email about successful completion of account opening process.

                                When I try to view my profile and tried to reset my password using PRAN, it is showing "Unauthorized User".

                                I have used E kyc option for aadhar verification which could not be completed due to error in few details and the fee should have been refunded in 7 working days which is yet not received. my token no is [protected]. I have paid amount of Rs 115 using debit card, balance was deducted from bank account on 18/02/2018.

                                  I beg to state that i have applied for correction of pan card bearing no-ayopm5935c and same is despetched speed post vide aieway bill no-ea[protected]in on 23/09/2017. Same is returned back undelivered beacause i can not stay at my home for medical treatman at that time.

                                      My application got rejected.And it has been more than a week I did'nt get my refund yet.and I have been checking my bank statement regularly it is not credited to my bank account.my token number is [protected].i request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.since I'm thinking of to again apply for my pan.i hope you do the needful and credit my refund in my bank account as soon as possible.
