registration for nps stuck - failure at payment gateway

While registering for national pension scheme (Nps), my payment page failed to load. Now the nps portal (Enps) is not allowing me to login and giving the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime".

This is a common problem as several people have faced it. Either reset my login, or completely delete it so that i can start registering...

I applied for pan card on 13/2/18 but could not complete the process because the aadhar card was not getting verified. I paid rs. 115.90 by my debit card but i have not got the refund till now. non - availability of pan & gst no. of nsdl

In spite of numerous requests on calls and e-mails made by employees of delhi transco limited, pan & gst no. Of nsdl is not being provided for payment of annual custody fee for fy 17-18 by delhi transco limited.

The staff of nsdl does not co-operate at all and hang the phone calls without helping our company's employees.
