Firstly when I applied for my pan card I paid fee but verification via adhaar didn't took place, after that I paid the fee again and verification got done...
I just want to complaint that... I have received the PAN but.. my fee was deducted twice, can I get refund for my first payment

      I have applied for new pan card on 5th march 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

      But when i checked my application status later, it was showing "sorry, no record found."

          But courier service tracking status says:

          Pending - address insufficient

          We haven't received any delivery since 3 months even though the address is complete and sufficient. I've attached the status of both dispatch and delivery for your reference. Kindly help me get my pan card.

            I have loosed my PAN card (BRRPS1950E) 4years back and instead of applying loss of card wrongly I have applied for new card and PAN service center also provided new card (DCBPP0140J) with same name and same address and after I have requested income tax department to cancel my new pan card but still new pan card is active(DCBPP0140J).
            I would like to continue with my old pan card: BRRPS1950E
            I want to surrender my new PAN.DCBPP0140J which I never use anywhere.
            Please cancel the PAN NO: DCBPP0140J as soon as possible.

                    I have already contacted Income tax office Ahmednagar but they don't have any suggestions on this matter. They advised me to contact issuing authority of your PAN card.
                    I shall be obliged if you can do something for me. I have also sent a copy of complaint to them. You can see the same in letter attached to the earlier post.

                    Have any one of both issuer of this PAN obolished or cancelled their issue letter? What action have been taken? Can I have the rights to know how this issue has been resolved?

                      Dear sir, while applying huf pan card firstname and lastname fields become insensitive. So we cannot type there. But pan card application gets rejected saying document proof is not provided. After sending all types of proofs (Driving license, passport, aadhar, etc...) i called support. Then they told me i should type full name in last name field. This is fault of nsdl. I need my pan card application fee back and also i sent courier half-dozen times. Each time courier costed me 50/-. Nsdl should pay me 500/-. They should also who end up in this situation till they fix error in their website.

                              I have completed all the process to filled up the form for new pan card and made the payment as well,. Now it is asking to "e-sing/e-kyc" when i click on continue and it send a otp on my number but after entering otp it shows me below error -

                              Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time

                              I called to helpdesk of nsdl and drop multiple emails but did not get any response even on call they told me it will be resolved automatically but still having the same issue.

                                  Respected sir I am applyide one or more PAN applications from NSDL website
                                  But My application is authentication problems so failur but my amount is not returned. please kindly request i want refund my amount my bank account pleases sir...

                                    I have applied for pan on 21st december 2017 vide acknowledgement number
                                    [protected]. But the status is still your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/[protected] where the application was submitted by you.
                                    Please reply how much time it will take to process the same. And at what date i will get the pan.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have applied for a new pan card in the name of nayan kalita which dispatched our address in december 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                                      Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

                                        I have applied for a new pan card in the name of deep marwaha which was dispatched our address in february 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as i was out of country. The pan card went to post office but when i went there, they said it was back to sender.
