I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.115.9 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 12/01/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."? This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

    I have applied for a new pan card, name of nini barman. Panb dispatched our address in 06 nov 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card because post man not give my pan. When i contact post office they returned pan to the sender address.

    Therefore, i requesting sir resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

      I have applied for a new pan card in the name of shibarani dey mitra. Which dispatched our address in december 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card because i have not presents at home when the local post man reached. Later, after few days we contact post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for three days and returned to the sender address.

          I was applyed 2 time online pan on my atm named dattu shrirang dapkar and that 2 time i was doing online payment but that payment are deducted from my account and after your website display message "something wrong in adhar and refund your balance in few day" and that process turn off in completely but my balance still not refund so please its my humbble request to nsdl refund my balance soon.

            Please be informed that our pan card details as following is returned back from post office as we are not in the location due to some business trip. As well as there is no any call or message received from post office as we are starting a new firm. We already updated the shop address address officially to the post office. So kindly request your support to resend the same soon as possible on same address. Sorry for the inconvenience occurred.

              I tried registering on enps. The payment failed due to internet interruption.
              Now when i try to continue with the acknowledgement number i get the below message. The call centers does not respond with out a pran no. Raised the querry also on the website. No response yet. I have seen many such complaints and not yet resolved.

                    My acknowledgement no is 11418664. I'm getting the following error while logging in to https://enps.nsdl.com/eNPS/

                    "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway. Please try again after sometime."

                      The pan card was sent through blue dart courier. However, i had not received a call from them and using the tracking number i find that the card was sent back.
                      The track status shows that they had attempted to deliver it 4 times and on three of those occasions we were in the premises.

                      Hence i request you to re-dispatch the pan card once you receive it.

                              I have applied for change of information in my existing pan card on 9th january 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I also got my acknowledgement number ([protected]).

                              After completion of the process i received following message -

                              "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                              If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                              But when i check my application status today using this acknowledgement number, it has been showing "sorry, no record found."

                              Can you please check my application status from your end & let me know if anything is missing or if any other action is pending to be performed from my side.

                                My acknowledgement number 11415398, when i try to complete pending registration, i get the message "registration against this acknowledgement id is pending for confirmation from payment gateway.                                         I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
                                        The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
