Dear sir,
I have submitted my pan card supporting document by offline mode through one of the nsdl center in delhi (Karvy data managment services ltd, barakhamba road near barakhamba metro station, new delhi - 110001).

My pan acknowledgement number is : [protected]

I have sumbited document on 22/11/2017. 1 month already passed but no acknowledgement mail is received from the nsdl side. I have also made the payment online.

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of nisha which dispatched our address in december 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as postman he did not inform me and returned to the sender address.

Sir, i applied pan card online for my father
On 21/12/2017
1st tocken no. [protected].
2nd tocken no. [protected]
Both where fail.
And got the temporary tocken no also and fill up al the application and also paid the processing amount from by bank and by the time of of e-kyc they of aadhaar i did not get the otp and the same process i repeated once more but then also they deducted the same amount and on this process also i did not get the otp as well.
I want my double processing charge on my account soon. I have paid the amount and did not tell me anything what happen and what has gone wrong. Infact i checked the details but there was no fault so if you kindly returned back my money i would be very happy. I want refund.

I applied for the correction of name in pan card today and paid the fees through net-banking but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

I just want to know, why e-kyc mode got failed? Even though i entered the valid otp generated as a part of aadhar validation.

I have applied for correction incorrectly spelled name in my pan card bearing no. Ajrpc 2652 c during the first week of january 2017. Through nsdl.in the month of november 2017 on my status it was stated that my pan card has been delivered on 3rd nov, blu dart courier company (Air way bill no.[protected]) and also mentioned the expected date of delivery as on 13th november 2017. After waiting 2 weeks i approached the courier company local office at trivandrum about the delivery of document. They verified and replied that no such consignment with the said airway bill no stated above has not seen received there. Again i have made compalaint to nsdl by mail about the non receipt of my pan card. But i got the same reply as mentioned in status of my pan card.
So i request again to look into the matter seriously and send the card earliest.

Sir my name is pintu pal, i open atal pension yojona in 16 dec, 2017 at bandhan bank savings account.. My pran no is[protected]. But when i log in the website with my pran number, then show no data found. I also download the atal pension yojona application, but there are same problem. What can i do now? Please resolve the issue.

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of ankit arvind kamle which dispatched our address in 18 december 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local delivery boy from velex delivery company in nagpur reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the velex delivery company regarding the post. They told that they kept with them for four days and returned to the sender address.

Therefore, i requesting your resend my pan card to same address and i mentioned our details below.

I have applied for the pan at kalpi centre, jalaun, uttar pradesh and enclosed both aadhaar card as proof of identity and proof of date of birth respectively.

I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy.

This is amit kumar s/o mr. Ashok kumar, dob 15th sept 1980, pan card number:- anfpk7371e. I got my pan card in year 2005 or may be 2006 which i do not remember exactly. I am writing my concern because this pan number has been allotted to two different people and because of this i am facing kyc issues and cibil issues.
Kindly advise the way forward.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I have submitted application form to reissue the pan card for my uncle subbiah chandrasekaran for the pan card # aajpc6717f on 10th nov 2017 with acknowledgment number # n-[protected]. However after a delay of over 45 days to get the pan card, i get to see the status as "pan provided in your request for 'new pan card and/or change/correction in pan data' has been deleted / deactivated by income tax department and is under examination at nsdl". After multiple calls and visits to income tax office in queens road, bangalore, there is no proper response or update from the it dept. Kindly help in reissue of aforesaid pan card as this has to be submitted in order to get the pension for my uncle who is over 70yrs of age.
