money not refunded but deducted

I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.115 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 03/01/2018 but aadhar verification was not completed due to unknown reason. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application...

otp not generated while doing e-kyc through aadhar number (payment done)

I hereby confirm that i have applied for new pan card through nsdl official website. After submitting all the necessary information and apply for e-kyc (Paperless), i paid 115.90 rupees through online via my mobikwik mobile wallet. After that at the time of e-kyc authentication, no otp is generated and i tried several times to regenerate the otp. But it didn't work. So please help me to complete my registration...

my pran is being not found in database

Sir,

I have recently registered for atal pension yojana scheme from central bank of india account. My pran is activated on 21/06/2017. But when i tried to see my account satus, it promted for registration cra-nsdl.com welcome page. There i went to register by clicking 'forgot password' which promted for get ipin for enps. But when i gave my pran with birthdate, it is saying 'pran not found in database'.

After some days (27.04.2017) the concerned department ask for submission “self-certification - fatca/crs declaration form”

your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process which is second option. From drop down i selected c-dac.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp multiple times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. It has been 3 days. I am not able to proceed further.

I had applied for changes in the correction of pan card yesterday through kyc/e-sign. I completed the online payment and my aadhar was verified succesfully.
I have also got the payment reciept through e-mail.

However, upon enetering my 15 digit acknowledgment number (N-[protected]) to track my application, it says "sorry, no record found".

Please fix this issue for me...

I have applied for pan card under the name shailendra kumar, acknowledgement number [protected]. On the day of delivery, i was not in my hostel and the courier was returned back.
I didn't get any phone call from the courier service afterwards and the pan card was returned back on 2nd jan, 2018, mentioning that the consignee was shifted to other address.

I couldn’t receive the pan card because i have not presents at home when the local post man reached. Later, after few days we contact post man regarding the post.
