not refunding my deducted fee

I too applied new pan using ekyc mode for my friend. I tried three times thinking some problem in network. All the three time its deducted my amount. But lately i realize that there was some missmatch in docs. And then i tried again 4th time and this time my application submitted successfully. And after those 3 errors i got notifications that the deducted fee will be refund into my acc in next 7 working days. But its been a 2 weeks and there...

We have tried to register our company for more than five months now. The pan allocation is taking more than two weeks, like every single step in registering our company.

The status says this:

Sir/madam,

I have applied for name correction in my pan card on 11th december 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."br...

error in paperless pan application

My token number is [protected]. I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign/e-kyc aadhar verification process. The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. And internet get disconnect. I log in to nsdl website as register user for complete the aplication process. I have submitted a application 2nd time to update the father's name and surname on pan card but today again i have received a new pan without any update. Every details is same as the old pan card. I am very upset with the income tax department as all my works are pending i am not able to withdraw my epf balance i am not able to invest in mutual funds as kyc getting rejected again and again.

I submitted an online application for pan card on the website of nsdl, through ekyc mode. I followed the necessary steps, and therein received my acknowledgement number, n[protected].
I checked and rechecked the status of my pan (After 24 hrs), the status was shown "no record found". Please review my application.
