I use nsdl website to create a new pan card. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.118 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed...

I had submitted my pan application more than 2 months ago.

Date - 31st october 2017
Even now the status is - your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected] where the application was submitted by you

Obviously they have not done any processing at all.
Kindly connect with them and help resolve...

pan failure

I applied new apn aplication two week before and its always says following massege-
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.

invalid user id error

I'm trying to login to nsdl site (https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/) using my pran number[protected]. However, the system throws an "invalid user id" error when iogin using the pran number. Though i've been contributing to apy for more than an year, i'm not able to access my statement online using my pran. Please help. Also, l'm not able to reset the password and getting the same error....
