After i made the payment it keeps saying during e-kyc verification through aadhaar that my "your request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime" (Refer screenshot) after entering the otp multiple times. This is for change request in my pan details. My token number - [protected]. I have not received acknowledgment and i was not refunded the money either.

    Sir/madam,

    I have applied for reprint pan card on 8th february 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          Due to mismatch of name in the aadhar and in pan application authentication was failed, application not generated.
          I had paid 110/- processing fee through my debit card. Payment is successfully done but authentication of aadhar failed but money not refunded, will i get that amount or not, if i will get refund when will i get that amount back to me.

            I use NSDL website to create a new pan card for me. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank but Aadhar verification was not completed due to authentication issue on their registration process (Status: Your Request cannot be Processed.Please try after some time). Neither No process of my Application nor refund and it's been since long time. I didn't yet receive any feedback of my application form NSDL. Thus I request for refund of my Pan Application? This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card.Tthey have to revert/rectify their web-site if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change

I have submitted online pan application on 29 jan 2018 with token number [protected], and was rejected saying that the aadhaar card details are not correct, i have done payment via debit card and debit card was charged with amount of 115.9 inr, still i didn't received any refund yet, so kindly initiate refund as soon as possible.

                          I have applied for a new pan card in the name of sivathanu which dispatched our address in jan 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                                Applied for PAN card correction on 30th Jan 2018. I got the Acknowledgement number: [protected].
                                If I try to get the status I am getting "Sorry No records found". I called customer care and they told the record will take up to 48 hour.
                                Even after 48 Hour I am getting same error. Even I sent document through courier as I applied with Physical Document option.

                                This is the third time I am applying for name correction and every time they were asking one or other different documents . The main problem is all my records has my name with initials and PAN data base initials not accepted and mentioned full name. But for all proof they were expecting mane should match with application. how is it possible? even adaar card has initials.

                                  I applied for pan card on 17th jan 2018 using e-kyc and the money got debited but the status showed that due to address exceeding in aadhaar card pan cannot be issued and money will be refunded in 1 week. So apply for pan again using another method. Till now i did not receive any refund. My token no is [protected]. Please refund my money. I applied again using e-sign service but where is the money which was deducted earlier after being told u will get the refund after 1 week. Now it’s been more than 2 weeks. Pan was to be issued in the name of taru gupta

                                    My wife applied for pan card and provided all the necessary documents but from last 2 month's we are waiting for the pan card. Whenever we check the status says "under process".

                                    As we know it only takes 15 days to confirm the status.

                                    We need the pan card as soon as possible.

                                    Can you please help if the PAN card is in my wife's name because if I am not wrong she did not applied for it earlier.

                                    If it is in her name please help me to get the pan card
                                    I am getting message registration pending at payment gateway.
                                    kindly reset and see that i can do the payment and complete the registration.
                                    since two days showing same message.
