My pan card has been returned undelivered by the blue dart courier company. Kindly take my request into consideration and resend the pan card to the same mentioned address that has been submitted.
Below are the details to consider for resolving this issue :

      new pan card apply - we are unable proceed your online pan application due to following reason

      I use nsdl website to create a new pan card of my family member. Temporary token is [protected]. I used physically document submitted option for his aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.110. Using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 06/02/2018 but adhar application not issued. It shows on the screen we are unable to proceed with your online pan application due to following reason: mismatch in any one or more...

      Dear sir,
      My name is muhammad saquib jamadar. I have submitted online pan application on 29 jan 2018 with token number [protected], and was rejected saying that the aadhaar card details are not correct, i have done payment via debit card and debit card was charged with amount of 115.9 inr, still i didn't received any refund yet, so kindly initiate refund as soon as possible.

            I have applied for a new pan card in the name of sivathanu which dispatched our address in jan 2018. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                  Applied for PAN card correction on 30th Jan 2018. I got the Acknowledgement number: [protected].
                  If I try to get the status I am getting "Sorry No records found". I called customer care and they told the record will take up to 48 hour.
                  Even after 48 Hour I am getting same error. Even I sent document through courier as I applied with Physical Document option.

                  This is the third time I am applying for name correction and every time they were asking one or other different documents . The main problem is all my records has my name with initials and PAN data base initials not accepted and mentioned full name. But for all proof they were expecting mane should match with application. how is it possible? even adaar card has initials.

                    I applied for pan card on 17th jan 2018 using e-kyc and the money got debited but the status showed that due to address exceeding in aadhaar card pan cannot be issued and money will be refunded in 1 week.                       As we know it only takes 15 days to confirm the status.

                          I am a live subscriber of apy and pran number alloyed me on 19 march 2016, till date every month 485/- is getting credited into[protected] but today to check my statement over nps site, shockingly it was mentioned that pran no not found in database.in fact 8 months ago, i had also submitted my fatca details so why this all hassle is coming in between, even that should not be the reason to not found it

                            Hi, i have recently gone through a major name change. I already have corrected my aadhar details and have a name change in gazette and newspaper. When i tried to change it in nsdl website for my pan card, i am getting a rejection of this message. Can someone please assist?

                            "your request for 'new pan card and/or change/correction in pan data' cannot be processed as pan holder details provided by you in the application do not match with pan holder details in the income tax department (Itd) database. A letter dated 25-jan-2018 is being / has been dispatched to you communicating the differences in pan details. For clarifications contact tin call centre at[protected]."

                                Your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days.

                                I am encountering the above error while submitting name change in my pan. Need direction on how to rectify the same.

                                  I have appiled for Pan Card online on 28 Nov 2017 in Nsdl till now i have not received my pan card and they dispatched my pan card after 2 months also no tracking details are available in Professional courier site for your reference airway bill no is[protected] acknowledgement no [protected]. nor nsdl is trying to solve my problem.For your reference I am giving my Pan card application

                                    Sir/madam,

                                    I have applied for new pan card on 29th jan 2018 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                    "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                    If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                    But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found." please sir, i need my pan card soon. It's very urgent. I have applied for duplicate pan card as the one which i was having earlier somehow lost. So please it's my request to dispatch pan card as soon as possible.
