    I too applied new pan using ekyc mode for my friend. I tried three times thinking some problem in network. All the three time its deducted my amount. But lately i realize that there was some missmatch in docs. And then i tried again 4th time and this time my application submitted successfully. And after those 3 errors i got notifications that the deducted fee will be refund into my acc in next 7 working days. But its been a 2 weeks and there is only 2 refunds in my acc. Please refund my all money.

    Please fix the bug. I want my refund for all 3 temporary tokens. Please refund my amount back.
    (Unfortunately i can not remember that the application succeeded with which token no. And i also don't know that which 2 tokens have been refunded to me)

      We have tried to register our company for more than five months now. The pan allocation is taking more than two weeks, like every single step in registering our company.

      The status says this:

      Your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you

        Sir/madam,

        I have applied for name correction in my pan card on 11th december 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

          They are saying that applicant's details cannot be mentioned as representative assessee in application form
          But i am major so why i have to give any other person details
          And also there are no option to edit details
          When i have contacted them they are saying that give new request
          When i talk them about refund they are saying that there are no refund

            My token number is [protected]. I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign/e-kyc aadhar verification process. The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. And internet get disconnect. I log in to nsdl website as register user for complete the aplication process. And i entered otp and
            It kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

              This complaint is in relation to the pan change request acknowledgement number: [protected]

              When tracked on the tin-nsdl website the status is still showing as "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at nsdl." and need this completed quickly so that my sister can have her aadhaar and pan linked before deadline

              This pan change request was created on 07/nov/2017 and it has been more than 30 days now

                I started registering for my new PAN Card using my Aadhar card. My token no. is [protected].                   I have submitted a application 2nd time to update the father's name and surname on pan card but today again i have received a new pan without any update. Every details is same as the old pan card. I am very upset with the income tax department as all my works are pending i am not able to withdraw my epf balance i am not able to invest in mutual funds as kyc getting rejected again and again.
                  I am not gonna stop this time and will take this to high level.
                  I have paid rs. 200 both the times and i am not gonna spend more money on this i want this to be resolved asap and for free.
                  I have attached my new pan, receipt and form which i have filled to update the details.
                  My details are also not updated in income tax portal. My surname shows as chugh on pan card but on the system it still shows as chug which was incorrect bcos of this also my kyc is getting rejected...

                    I have applied for a pan card via online. First i tried through paperless, it said "unable to process as the address mentioned is too long and it can be done by sending scanned documents through e-sign"

                    So, i have applied through e-sign method and received an acknowledgement number which is '[protected]'

                    Now checking my pan status i receive this
                    ' we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest.                           I checked and rechecked the status of my pan (After 24 hrs), the status was shown "no record found". Please review my application.

                                  I was applied for pan card on nov 08 2017 in tin facilitation center in warangal.

                                  I just got a acknowledgment no [protected] and till today i didn't receive any update from the track status.

                                  And the status is saying that your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/[protected] where the application was submitted by you

                                    My name is tanu shrivastav. My apy account no is[protected] but i never received pran either physically or electronically also i m not able to check my statement of transaction or view apy e-pran through your website even by selecting the option without pran details. Everytime i try, i get the message 'no results found'.
                                    My father's name is umesh shrivastav, my date of birth is[protected] and my account number for deductions of apy contributions (Auto-debit) is [protected]. Kindly look into the matter and provide me with the required details at the earliest. You can reach to me for providing the required details or otherwise at tanu. [protected]@gmail.com.
                                    Also plz let me know the procedure to voluntarily exit apy and get the refunds. Thanks in advance

                                    Thank you for the quick response.With the information provided I was able to see my account details through the Mobile app.But now due to some personal reasons I can't contribute to the scheme futher.Kindly provide the details of the procedure to voluntarily exit the APY scheme.Also direct me on how to go about it as I m no more reside in my hometown from where I had applied for the scheme.Can I initiate the exit process from my current city through any branch of the same bank(Service Provider) i.e SBI I had joined the scheme through.Looking forward for a prompt response this time also.My email id is tanu.[protected]@gmail.com.Thanks in Advance

                                    I dint get my pan card due to some issues. It was sent back to your office. I want to request to resend my pan card to my address.

                                      At present my pan is lies with the a. O. Ward. 3 (3) /range 29. Income tax office, samastipur, which falls under the pr. Chief commissioner of income tax, patna.

                                      Under the circumstances your honor is requested to kindly issue necessary orders for transfer of my pan from the present a. O. Circle/ward. 3 (3) /range 29, ito, samastipur, bihar to the a. O. Ward 1 range 3, ranchi who is now having correct jurisdiction over my new address as stated above.
                                      An early action in the matter will be greatly appreciated as i have been filing my returns regularly and it would be proper if my past records were available with the current assessing officer. I have not been receiving the refund since the last many years due to this discrepancy.

                                        I had applied for correction (Name) in pan card on 20-10-31. My acnowledgement number is [protected].

                                        Now the status is like as,
                                        'your application is under process at tin facilitation center (Tin fc) where you have made the application. While processing your application, following discrepancy (Ies) has/have been noticed. Kindly contact the tin fc[protected]/66282803/66282804/66282805 for details:

                                        Father's first name/middle name/last name contain initials/special characters.'

                                        I was unable to connect to the mentioned numbers as it always seems busy. Sometime no one answer the call.
