I use nsdl website to create a new lost pan card of my father. Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.118.9 using my debit card. Transaction id is jhmp[protected] my balance was deducted from the bank on 18/11/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status...

We were to receive pan card via blue dart which we have'nt received. On going through the status it was found that that it was returned and reason mentioned was that c'nee shifted from the given address. We were present in the given address and we have not shifted. I have spoken to customer care team as well but no proper response.

I am not sure about my pan card status will i get or need to apply for new one....
