As advised, contacted NSDL Customer Care through the email and provided all the requested information to resolve grievance, but there is no response yet for the continues follow up and the online application status shows as Archived.
Its very strange that the complaint status is now as Resolved even without any resolution of the issues.
Please advise the next course of action.
