I open an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i unable to track my contribution. So, while i trying to create reset our password, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible or send my ipin password to my mobile no.     I have applied for pan and got message that pan card is allotted and sent by blue dart. But when i checked the status of consignment online it is showing that the pan card is returned back with the status "undelivered shipment held at location". But i didn't get any call concerning the delivery of my pan card.

    Thus, i kindly request you to take this complaint and resend my pan card to the address in the application or the office address given below:

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I open a National Pension Scheme account. I am individual subscriber of Tier I account - I have used Aadhar registration process.
        I have also paid initial amount in that account.

        I received PRAN number only through SMS & not received any email about successful completion of account opening process.

        When I try to view my profile and tried to reset my password using PRAN, it is showing "PRAN not found in database" and sometime shows "Unauthorized User".

        Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Below are my details.

          status says that tan has been allotted and will be dispatched shortly.

          This status is showing for last one month and yet allotment letter has not been dispatched.

          Does it take more than a month or a year to dispatch the tan letter after allotment.

Some anti social elements misguiding him. Sir my mother is physically and mentally ill for last 25 years. I am an educated unemployed and i can not bear the expense of my mother's treatment and other expenses. So please instruct home branch manager to take necessary action in this matter as per your family law in pension allotment

              Hello Sir, I submitted my PAN change application two months before. My acknowledgement number is there and I'm checking the status of same on PAN status check website regularly. Also I tried to call the facilitation center but they are not attaining the call properly.
              The PAN card change is very important for me. Kindly help!

                Hi,
                I have applied for changes in pan card that includes name and address.

                I have annexed a government gazette for name change support and i have also attached my aadhaar with has my new name along with current address (Which i wanted to update in my pan). I have also attached 2 photographs.

                I have done this on 05/oct/2017 and till now there is no update or response on the same.

                My acknowledgement number is: n-[protected].

                When i am checking the status online it is only showing: "your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/46/47/48/49 where the application was submitted by you".

                It's been 16 days and still there is no update on the status.

                Please update me the status and when i will get my updated pan card.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have applied for pan card on 24th august, 2017. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status on 10, october 2017, i got the following message:
                  :
                  "your pan card was returned undelivered to nsdl. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched on 28-sep-2017 by registered/speed post* vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 08-oct-2017."
                  Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                  Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                    It has been a month almost i have applied for lost pan card and status is still in progress.

                    Tried calling on customer care but no response was there as nobody picked up.

                    This is the second time i have applied for it as first it didn't reach the pan center, don't know the reason although courier service tracking mentioned delivered.

                    This time, pan card required urgently.

                    Please help on this at your earliest convenience.

                      I have applied for a pan card on 12th Oct. My acknowledgment number is [protected]. When I entered my acknowledgment number to know my status it is written that your application is under process. It is urgently required. It takes almost 10-12 days but there is no result.

                        I have applied for new pan card on 20th october 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                        But when i checked my application status, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                          Dear sir on behalf of the son of a retired soldier of assam rifle i want to complain and separate family pension for mother's as she is physically and mentally ill for last 25 years ago but my father does not give any money as he is liquid addicted. Sir i am a educated unemployed and i am not able to take care of my mother so pleased help me in this case and make a separate allotment of pension for my mother in my account as she is physically and mentally ill and she can not do anything in this matter here is the information of assam rifle retired from.

                            Ref pao ar diary no pao/ar/shill/pr-06/rev/2017 dated 6.7.2017 and even no 6.7.2017. No action/reply have been recd from cpao/bank so far.
                            Kindly expedite the issue earliest. Facing fin hardships due to ill health.                               I applied for a change in pan details. The request was submitted about 2 months back. The online status says "your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/4716302/4716303 where the application was submitted by you".

                              It would be great if you can look into this and let me know why this is struck for so many days. Please let me know if anything is needed from my side. We are waiting on this update to proceed with some tax corrections. Please help.

                                NSDL E-Governance Infrastructure — Regarding esign/ekyc request for pan card failed for token numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]

                                Have tried thrice and it never was able to verify the OTP which was sent on the registered mobile number.

                                  Sir/madam,

                                  I have applied for new pan card on 16th oct 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                  "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                  If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                  But when i checked my application status, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                  I apply for pan card ..and during authenticating adhar i exceed the try of getting otp..so my application can not be complete.but i didn't get my money back ...
                                  Pls refund it as soon as possible..

I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post.
