Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 17th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

    I use nsdl website to create a new lost pan card of my father. Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.118.9 using my debit card. Transaction id is jhmp[protected] my balance was deducted from the bank on 18/11/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." where is the amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card...

            My name is poonam devi. I applied for pan card in march 2017
            My application no is u[protected]. I haven't received my card and yhe status showed that it was returned undelivered.
            I contacted pan card office mumbai and they told me to submit a mail and call again. It's been five months and i have tried calling them hundreds of times but my call is not received. I therefore am requesting you to please redispatch my card on same address.

              My name is chandan kumar sahu '04/11/2017' when i was applying fo my pan card, i choose e-sign upload scanned document and i have uploaded the document. After the succesfull of payment when i was going for e-sign aadhaar otp and pressed the continue buttom appearing on the screen that "your document has been archieved. Kindly contact nsdl" i had contact to nsdl, customer care said if you have not signed then your money will be refunded within 7 woking days and today is going to hit 14 days money is not refunded

              Also i have applied pan application from another token number. I want my money back from this token number

                New waybill no [protected]

                We were to receive pan card via blue dart which we have'nt received. On going through the status it was found that that it was returned and reason mentioned was that c'nee shifted from the given address. We were present in the given address and we have not shifted. Please deliver the pan since it is urgently required.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I am abhijeet singh rana. My pan card no is bjfpr8121j. I have applied for correction in pan card with ack no n-[protected]. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status, i got the following message:

                        Your pan card has been dispatched by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [[protected]], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 19-nov-2017.

                        Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 11th nov 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                        Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.

                            I have applied for pan change in august and received someone else pan card on september (Pan application - ack. No. N-[protected] dated : 07/08/2017). I have couriered that pan card with cover letter to nsdl and did not get acknowledgement from nsdl.

                            I have spoken to customer care team as well but no proper response.

                            I am not sure about my pan card status will i get or need to apply for new one.

But didn't get pin no envelope. And it's inactive.. How to active my pran account. Now as per govt rule nps should be deducted in probation period so now it's necessary for me that pran no should be active. Pls guide me how to activate my pran no

                              I was not at home when the pan card was supposed to be delivered.. So it was undelivered... Please send it again

                                Yes. I checked that the PAN card was re-dispatched through speed post. however it was not delivered to me yet. it returned to office in Pune. The agent didn't gave me the tracking number in time so i was not able to get the PAN card manually. please re-send the PAN card and share the tracking number with me.

                                        I applied for pancard and got a message that pancard has been dispatched on 28 th oct through first flight couriers pvt ltd.. But i didn't receive my pancard..
