Hello,

I had applied for changes to communication address of my pan card, and the same was shipped from nsdl on 31st october. The pan card arrived the destination city rourkela, but was returned back by bluedart to nsdl office in mumbai.
When i contacted bluedart, they said that they have erroneously sent back the shipment, and asked me to contact nsdl.
Could you please help to resend the pan card to the address mentioned in the application form.

The courier from rourkela to mumbai status as of today is already delivered.

    I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
    The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp two times and
    It kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

    I registered in the NPS account and got the PRAN no[protected] by sms, but I am not able to login to set my IPIN and to contribute towards my investment. Please help.

    I am getting the error "PRAN not found in Database" always.

    i tried to fill online pan application, and deducted amount. it always said
    Your Request Could not be Processed. Please try after sometime. when i continue to sing e-kyc.

    I tried to apply for PAN using the option 'Submit scanned images through e-Sign [NSDL e-Gov] but after the payment authentication of Aadhar card was failed and I was asked to visit nearest TINFC centre . Do I need to register again or can I login with the previously registered token number . I tried logging in with the previously registered token number but they are showing "Your Request could not be processed . Please try after sometime." message. Do I need to register again?

      With due respect sir i want to say that i have applied for pan card my acknowledgment number is [protected]. I need my pan card urgently for my new joining in a company although i have been selected but they are not allowing me to join unless i have pan card, if i fail to submit my pan card i will loose my job, i request you kindly issue it as fast as possible.

          I have applied for new pan card on 18th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number. ([protected]) on completion of the process i have received message like below.

          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

          But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

I have work in neyveli lignite corporataion neyveli i need pan card for my job in my office id card my dob is 01/07/1968 but in my adhar card only year is given as 1965 and also it was wrong so i had get certificate from my village officer sir but i applied it was asking mismatching in adhar and application.                   I use nsdl website to create a new lost pan card of my father. Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.118.9 using my debit card. Transaction id is jhmp[protected] my balance was deducted from the bank on 18/11/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." where is the amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card...

                          My name is poonam devi. I applied for pan card in march 2017
                          My application no is u[protected]. I haven't received my card and yhe status showed that it was returned undelivered.
                          I contacted pan card office mumbai and they told me to submit a mail and call again. It's been five months and i have tried calling them hundreds of times but my call is not received. I therefore am requesting you to please redispatch my card on same address.

                            My name is chandan kumar sahu '04/11/2017' when i was applying fo my pan card, i choose e-sign upload scanned document and i have uploaded the document. After the succesfull of payment when i was going for e-sign aadhaar otp and pressed the continue buttom appearing on the screen that "your document has been archieved. Kindly contact nsdl" i had contact to nsdl, customer care said if you have not signed then your money will be refunded within 7 woking days and today is going to hit 14 days money is not refunded

                            Also i have applied pan application from another token number. I want my money back from this token number

                              New waybill no [protected]

                              We were to receive pan card via blue dart which we have'nt received. On going through the status it was found that that it was returned and reason mentioned was that c'nee shifted from the given address. We were present in the given address and we have not shifted. Please deliver the pan since it is urgently required.

                                  Sir/madam,

                                  I have applied for new pan card on 15th november 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                                  "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                  If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                  But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                                      I am abhijeet singh rana. My pan card no is bjfpr8121j. I have applied for correction in pan card with ack no n-[protected]. I didn't get any call till today from courier service or concerning the delivery of my pan card. But when i checked my pan application status, i got the following message:

                                      Your pan card has been dispatched by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [[protected]], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 19-nov-2017.

                                      Immediately with the given airway bill number i checked at buledart website to track out my status, but they have returned to nsdl rtos already on 11th nov 2017. There was no call from blue dart express till date and no one came at my door from blue dart even. I was very much available for those days.

                                      Thus sir, i kindly request you to take this complaint as serious and grant me to have my pan card at the earliest.
