Pan card not received but trackon courier status showing delivered with signature

I applied pan card for my minor daughter and the same approved and sent via trackon courier on 13th august.
Since then I have been waiting for the pan card.
On 19 th august the package came to villuppuram which is my near by district.
Since then I am waiting and on 05th september i contacted trackon courier they told your package is in hold because of no service area.

NSDL Failure of the e-KYC /e-Sign

I applied for the pan card on 28/08/2022 and paid the fees through my UPI but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

Payment made for PAN reprint but OTP not received

fee cut but acnowledgement no not generate i call customer care he said cut fee again and mail to company to refund first fee will be refund within 5-7 working days so i again pay fee on 26/12/2022
many time i call and mail but they did not refund.

sir they did not refund my money please take legal action against robber company...

PAN update application stuck refund PAYMENT

I applied for the pan card NAME CHANGE 15 DAYS before and paid the fees through my UPI PAYMENT but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
"Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."
now its been over a month...

Payment deducted but website error led to application failure - Refund Requested

Hi,

Payment was deducted for token ID [protected] twice (2 attempts) but both attempts failed with different error messages. The third time the application was successfull with the exact same details as the first two times.
Requesting refund for the first two attempts because it was due to website error.

Our request cannot be processed. please try after some time using returning user option in loin page

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the physically process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'Your request cannot be processed. please try after some time using returning user option in loin page'. I am not able to proceed further....

PAN for Minor

I applied for the pan card and paid the fees but the e-kyc failed due to which it displayed the following message :

Payment for failed but money debited.

I applied for a new PAN Card on NSDL website. After submitting the application, I was asked to make a payment of ₹106.9 to further proceed with Aadhaar authentication. So I used Paytm payment gateway and paid with my debit card and the money got deducted. But when the page redirected me to the nsdl website, it showed that the payment has failed and that the money will be refunded back soon. I'm yet to recieve my money back.

Documents reported as not valid for changes in Father's name in PAN card

I am trying to correct my wife's Father's name on her PAN Card.
I tried to upload the support documents in reply to the Discrepancy letter.

But as soon as the documents are uploaded the status changes to "document(s) is/are not valid. For details contact TIN Call Center at[protected]."

I have provided the Passport copy and Matriculation certificate as proof. What else is needed?

PAN card not delivered back to me

According to information provided by my local NSDL Offices PAN Card was physically mailed to you via consignment number-ED[protected]IN on 18 June 2022 at your office situated at 4th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No.341, Survey No.997/8 near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Model Colony, Pune.
Recently I was asked by the income tax department to show them THE PAN CARD so kindly mail it back to me at the address mentioned on the envelope or the address...

I had applied for update of PAN Card but after completing the complete procedure and checking the status of pan card it showing no record found, I am unable to track....

Pran was not found in database

Hi NSDL,

Recently i have registered NPS and i had the Pran number[protected]. But when i am trying to login at first time it is showing my "Pran was not found in database".
