My pan card was not delivered. i checked the status on trackon, it shows it reached in my city but couldnt find my address and couldnt call me but i didnt recieve any call and every other companies like flipkart and amazon can find my address.now it is reached mumbai again.

    In https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan2/servlet/PanStatusTrack
    with my Acknowledgement Number [protected] I am able to see my Pan Card status that it has been dispatched by Trackon Courier with AWB no.[protected] on 25-Oct-2022.

    However when I am going to http://www.trackoncourier.com/ and trying to track it on their website it is showing "Error ! Invalid Trackon No. / Detail Not found...!" .

    Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

    We are unable to proceed with your online PAN application due to following reason: Mismatch in any one or more of the following fields as per PAN application with the details available in UIDAI database. Name/ Gender/ Date of Birth/ Name as per Aadhaar. Kindly visit designated TIN-FC /PAN Centre and submit your PAN application using Biometric (fingerprint) facility.       I was trying to register for NPS through the NSDL website. The payment got stuck and now i'm getting this message since long, "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #"

      Please resolve this as I really need my PRAN card ASAP!!

        Even after submitting all formalities my account is inactive and no information regarding my account can i get it's frozen my hard earned money is gone I am regret the time i opened my account online no one to help please do needful as my money is not found I download it's app but whenever I try to open it's showing inactive frozen.

        Account opened successful submitted my kyc online plus posted my kyc self attested on ur portal and office addres than why not listening my complain i[censored] can't do anything reverse my amount to my account and close it 😭😭😭😭😭😭

          Address: New Vikramshila Colony, Tilkamanjhi, Bhagalpur

          Pan card not delivered yet. Acknowledgement number is [protected]. Pan card was dispatched on 9th of October 2022 through Trackon courier. On 13th of October, it reached Patna. And on same day it was dispatched from Patna to Bhagalpur. But still it has not arrived to Bhagalpur at my location and I haven't received my pan card yet. Courier Tracking number is[protected]. Please deliver my pan card as soon as possible. It is getting too much delayed.

          Just now I received an email from NSDL saying that my pan card has been delivered on 9th of October 2022, which is absolutely false . How can the pan card be delivered on the same day of dispatch ? My pan card was dispatched from Mumbai on 9th of October 2022.. How can it reach to my location same day ? The courier company is fraud and has done various such scams in past. Kindly look into this matter very seriously and take strictest possible action. Acknowledgement number is [protected] .                       On the official site of NSDL it is showing that my pan card is dispatched on 7 October 2022 but today is 14 October still i didn't get my pan card from the courier. The courier service is Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd.

                        Hi.
                        I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as 'Pran not found in database. When I tried to complaint it in its grievance portal, again it is displaying 'Please Enter a Valid PRAN.'

                          Hello respected NSDL,

                          my self Vishal Yadav from Mumbai, Maharashtra,

                          on date 30th sep-22,
                          pan card officer call me and told me, my address is on pan card is not perfect give me any land mark to deliver your pan card so i gave him a landmark he said next day i will got my pan card,

                          on next day 1st oct-22,
                          delivery man call me at around 8 to 9 pm and told me to come and collect your pan card, i go there and he ask for Aadhar number, signature and mobile number, i gave them all and next he say give me 20 rupees i ask for what i already paid NSDL 106.90 rupees, and he used to say he is not doing salary job he charge commission for delivering post card i decline to give him money he cut my signature phone number and Aadhaar number and warn me he will return this pan card i did not say anything and he go away without giving me my PAN card,

                          on that day i called my pan card officer who call me for perfect address before day he also decline to help me and said delivery man is commission agent and he also said my pan card not in his area but i know he is lying,

                          today date 2 oct 22,
                          now i am reporting this my problem with this website let see what happen to next, i receive my pan card or they return that to NSDL,
                          this middle person (delivery boy and pan card officer) just wasting time of me as well as government,

                          now they add my pan card status on trackon couriers website delivered but i did not received my pan card,
                          when i call my last pan card delivered branch they said its wrong number,
                          and this " Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure " people also not replying,
                          i goted my pan card if i give money what delivery man asked, this government did not take any action on time against fraudsters,

                                I have been allotted the same pan number as someone else with the same name as me. And I have been registering complaints everywhere but no-one is doing anything about it. Please help me. I am very frustrated.

                                  I tried to update my wife PAN card details. After submitting all details, I made a payment transaction of Rs. 106.90. Once the payment successful it redirect me back to the NSDL website with a error "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returning user option in login page".

                                    How to register a Mobile Number and E-mail ID in NPS-APY?

                                    I opened my NPS account through the bank then they just opened my account in NPS-APY but don't update or I don't know I forgot to fill in my mobile number and email.

                                    so now how can I update/register my mobile number and email id?

                                    Because of this issue, I won't be access to my APY-NPS mobile application
