Respected Sir,
I applied for hard copy of PAN Card on NSDL website. After submitting the application, I was asked to make a payment of ₹106.9 to further proceed with Aadhaar authentication. So I used UPI payment gateway and paid with my UPI ID and the money got deducted two times. But when the page redirected me to the nsdl website, it showed that the payment has failed. How can get my money back?
