Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to my father's PAN CARD number ARLPR5671A,
I encountered the below error
1. when I login to download pan
2. I tried to update the address as per aadhar database

PAN ( ARXXXXXX1A ) entered by you is not in proper status in Income Tax Department Database. Please write to us at dpr.[protected]@nsdl.co.in with colour copy of PAN Card to look into the matter.

I have applied for TAN on 21st July, and the signed document for Acknowledge Number also received at NSDL on 23rd July.

Ack No: [protected].

But for more than 10 days, it showing Under Process at Income Tax Department.

I have to deduct TDS, as i am buying from NRI. he is here only for the registration and deed signing purpose. It has become very difficult.

If i fail to pay the TDS, i will be made responsible. but i am getting delayed due to this non allotment of TAN number after so manyd days.

Kindly do the needful.

    I applied for the pan card through UPI but the eSign/e-KYC failed and it shows
    Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

      After making payment on enps nsdl website during registration, I am not able to log in and is giving below error:

        I did an online transaction for applying pan card. But after transaction I got a message like this:
        Your eSign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with eSign/e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
        I would like to know the reason why the application can't be passed and an early refund.

          Aadhar OTP Authentication Failed

          Address: 1st Floor, Times Tower, Kamala Mills Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400 013

          I made an online payment of Rs. 106.90 via PayTM UPI for a PAN Card online with option E-KYC authentication through Aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made on 30-July-2022. But after entering the OTP, the page says the Payment cannot be processed and I receive a mail that the authentication has failed. This time I did not even receive any mail about whether it was successful or not. Please look into...

          Dear Sir/Ma'am

          I have not received my pan card yet which was dispatched on 26-Jul-2022 and when i tracked the delivery status on courier service website [trackon.in] it is saying that the pan card has been delivered with signature but no courier agent came to deliver they stated false information on their website that i got my pan card which is absolutely false.

              Sir my pran number is showing invalid in esalary account please resolved it as i am getting problems in getting my salary.
              But when i login through pran & password they show status as active.
              Kindly do the needful so that i can easily get my salary by linking esalary account with pran.

                I filled the form and all necessary details for the pan number AEIPP0356A

                EKYC failed twice and payment was being deducted twice.

                I really don't understand what is the issue ?

But i call them trackon agent indore they said on 22/7/22 we dispatched on shajapur location i call them shahjapur agent they are saying we have not received any document on name of shahnaj warsi.                       I have opened NPS account with paytm money and have contributed into to it two times.

                      My company provide the facility of cooperate NPS. When I asked my company to add my contribution to cooperate NPS while giving paytm generated PRAN they are not saying we can't contribute since that PRAN is not created from NSDL so you need to shift it to NSDL.

                      Please let me know the step

                          I try to apply pan card for my mother. i submoitted the details and it took me to payment page and i paid Rs 106 for PAN card application. after that i got pop-up like couldnot abel to procees the PAN submission and it asked me to try after sometime. So pls chcek and let me know can i get refund.

However it showed that the session expired and now i have to refill all the details and redo the payment as your site does not save the draft even after clicking on the save icon.

                              I recently applied for nsdl pan application form and after submit the application form, I did payment also and when the application asked for otp, that was not send to my mobile number, I waited for more than 10-15 minutes and also requested to regenerate my otp for 3 times and then session expired and I did not complete my process to get the e-sign pan card physically, so refund my money back and I did try to make contact with company's head office but I didn't get any answer for this issue. Refund the payment money 106.90/- as soon as possible.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am a Subscriber of the New Pension System [pran] which was activated on 06-JAN-2012

                                My PRAN is showing "user inactive" and I have tried to activate it again offline but the concerned office in Bhopal has informed me that my PRAN is activated but it shows the opposite whenever I try to log in on the website and application of NSDL.

                                My I-PIN is also showing invalid and I can't reset it since my PRAN is inactive.

                                Please take appropriate measures to resolve this issue.

                                    according to information provided by my local NSDL Offices PAN Card was physically mailed to you via consignment number-ED769187573IN on 18 June 2022 at your office situated at 4th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No.341, Survey No.997/8 near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Model Colony, Pune.
                                    Recently I was asked by the income tax department to show them THE PAN CARD so kindly mail it back to me at the address mentioned on the envelope or the address to which PAN card is registered. All the postage charges will be borne by me but kindly do it at your earliest since it has been a major issue for me
