Complaint marked as Resolved i got my two transaction refunds one by one. NSDL didn't contacted me through the email or phone regarding the complaint. it took some time to refund the money, i wish to improve the refund process to make refund as soon as possible. i attached both debited transaction message screenshot and i did follow up everyday, so i got the information quickly.
NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
