Am not able to login to CRA-NSDL website,

Am not able to login to cra-nsdl.com

Password reset is giving me following error,

Not getting OTP while applying for changes in PAN

I have applied for pan card online with option e-kyc authentication through aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through net-banking on 10.11.2018. But i haven't received the otp at last verification step.
Please suggest what should i do as payment already deducted to my account.

Pan Card Correction Problem

Dear Sir/Madam

I applied for name correction in my pan card online. Upon completing the application, the message displayed on the screen - thank you for using online application . If you have applied trough ekyc, no need to submit physical documents... That's it.
Now when i am trying to track my application status by logging in using my acknowledgement number, the message gets displayed - sorry, no record found!! Please...

20th May i applied pan Card. Now i checked the status in nsdl website.
Its showm delivered on 13th june. but still i didn't receive.

Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure Money Deducted but transaction failed in NSDL PAN Card

I have a complaint regarding payment For "Change in details of PAN Card". I paid ₹106.90/- and the transaction was successful but still nothing happened and an error occurred that request could not be processed.

Pan Card money deducted & failed

10days ago I applied for a pan card. I paid the money using paytm through qr code. It failed twice saying that "Please try again later some time". Third time I used upi id of paytm & then it was successful. I've patiently waited for these 10days. And my acknowledgement number is [protected].

Pan Card application OTP error

Hi,
I had made online payment of Rs. 106.90 via UPI and also have payment reciept of same, for change in PAN Card online with option E-KYC authentication through Aadhaar. The details were submitted successfully and the payment was also made through Bill Desk (Debit Card) on 21-jun-2022. But after entering OTP page did not proceed and said unable to process due to error.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.br...

I have applied for an update of details in my existing PAN Card on 20th June 2022 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgment number ([[protected]]). Upon completion of the process, I have received a message as below.

"Thank you for using the online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need...

National Pension Scheme - PRAN not found

Hi

I have created the tier - 1 NPS account yesterday 18.06.2022 02.59PM and PRAN was also got generated. But while setting IPIN or while login, I am getting error as PRAN not found in database. Also the grievance has been registered.

Could you please help me with this as I'm not able to access the NPS portal or mobile application.

On entering the details of PRAN No. and DOB on NSDL website it displays as PRAN details not available in database.

PAN card not delivered but status showing delivered

PAN ack number-[protected]

PAN card status showing as delivered in courier portal but same is not delivered, i have tried to contact them many times but they are not even picking the calls.. this is very poor service, please check and help to deliver the PAN card as soon as possible.

this is one of the govt ID and this courier service provider is not at all professional why...

PAN payment

Hi Team,

NSDL Pan services are not working fine.
After filling out the application form, once I scan the payment details amount will be deducted but the system throws an error that your application cannot be processed try after some time.

Twice I did the same issue I faced. Kindly check and refund the amount....

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm twice times.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further.

NSDL E-governance Infrastructure-"We have not received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application"

Sir/ma'am,

I applied my PAN via the online platform on 06/06/2022, I have signed my application digitally using e-sign and gave adhaar as proofs.

On completion I recieved a message saying, "Thank You for using online facility for PAN application". And there is no need to forward physical documents.

But now when i check my PAN Application Status via message it shows,

"We have not...

Amount deducted but the application is not processed

I have made payment of Rs.107 on 16/6/2022 to apply for pan card.
Amount was deducted from the bank account but the pan card application was not processed.
it is showing an error message like "your request cannot be processed please try after sometime using returning user option in login page.
I request NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure to refund the hard earned money.
kindly refund the amount Rs.107...

PAN application got archived during e-sign

Hello Sir,

I was submitting the online application for PAN and I have completed almost all the details and also made the payment, but while doing the e-signature thorugh aadhar.. I got following error.

"Your Photo File has been archieved.Kindly contact NSDL"

Do let me know what should be the next steps for me as the money is already deducted.
