Pan Card Delivery Issue

On the official site of NSDL it is showing that my pan card is dispatched on 7 October 2022 but today is 14 October still i didn't get my pan card from the courier. The courier service is Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd.

Please inform me when will i get my pan card. I need it ASAP it's an urgency....

Hi.
I have created the nps account of tier - 1 type. And pran is also generated. But while setting ipin or while login, i am getting error as 'Pran not found in database. When I tried to complaint it in its grievance portal, again it is displaying 'Please Enter a Valid PRAN.'...

Delivery boy asking for money

Hello respected NSDL,

my self Vishal Yadav from Mumbai, Maharashtra,

on date 30th sep-22,
pan card officer call me and told me, my address is on pan card is not perfect give me any land mark to deliver your pan card so i gave him a landmark he said next day i will got my pan card,

on next day 1st oct-22,
delivery man call me at around 8 to 9 pm and told me to come and collect...

Wrong PAN number allotted

I have been allotted the same pan number as someone else with the same name as me. And I have been registering complaints everywhere but no-one is doing anything about it. Please help me. I am very frustrated....

Money Deducted and Showing Error

I tried to update my wife PAN card details. After submitting all details, I made a payment transaction of Rs. 106.90. Once the payment successful it redirect me back to the NSDL website with a error "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returning user option in login page"....

Registered my mobile number

How to register a Mobile Number and E-mail ID in NPS-APY?

I opened my NPS account through the bank then they just opened my account in NPS-APY but don't update or I don't know I forgot to fill in my mobile number and email.

so now how can I update/register my mobile number and email id?

Because of this issue, I won't be access to my APY-NPS mobile application...

My refund

I paid my pan card fees but after payment is successfully done they said to authenticte your adhar card but when i click on authenticate button it not working so i want my refund back Rs 106 . My UPI Refrence no is[protected]...

NSDL Pan card payment failure

Respected Sir,
I applied for hard copy of PAN Card on NSDL website. After submitting the application, I was asked to make a payment of ₹106.9 to further proceed with Aadhaar authentication. So I used UPI payment gateway and paid with my UPI ID and the money got deducted two times. But when the page redirected me to the nsdl website, it showed that the payment has failed. How can get my money back?

Discrepancy(ies) is/are observed by us: Signature appearing on application copy not proper.

Address:Kuruvithadam House, Perumballoor po, Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam

I have already submitted the pan application documents ( Ack no. [protected] ). But on verification of my application it shows that the signature was not proper . Therefore I checked the PAN application status in tin nsdl site and uploaded the document of signature . But i cannot proceed further as there is only one option after uploading "BACK". And once I went back there is no such difference and i am not able to upload my document...

My Money not refund

I try to applay for new pan to my sister and i filled all the details and i pay the amount of 72 rupees and it says request canot be process and i didnt i didt receve the amount in 48 hrs i payed on (sep 06)...

Nsdl payment failure but money deducted from account

I made a payment for an online pan card application of 106.9/- on 14/09/2022 at 5:20 pm through Paytm the amount was deducted from my bank account but on the nsdl website, it shows "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returning user option on the Login page"...

Money not refund

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further....
