I tried the pan application on 10/09/2017 (Name - smt. Sonia, aadhar card no.[protected] through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

Everything went right & sms recieved (Payment successful from hdfc credit card ending *3076 on 10/09/2017 at 23:19:06 to nsdlpan).

After payment while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission, system status is "your request...

don't have any clue about my pan card after 2 month

My PAN card status is showing "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center.You may contact TIN FC[protected]/28433343 where the application was submitted by you" I don't know what to do cause its been around 2 month that I am seeing this notice.
