I have applied for new pan card as my old pand card was lost. The follwing are the details about my complaint:

Applied for pan card: 29th may, 2017
Application received by pan online portal: 5th july, 2017
Coupon number generated : 6th july, 2017

Now when i check the track status the message written shows - verification pending for dpr resolution. I want to ask that what kind of verification they are doing from since two months.in the mail dt. 6th july, 2017, which i received for coupon number confirmation, they confirmed that i will get my pancard at my door step within 3-4 weeks. I have tried to contact them as i wrote a mail to [protected]@panind.com on 4th september, 2017 but still i got no reply from them.
I just want to request you to help me in getting my pancard as soon as possible. It is urgently required by me for my official purpose.

I am waiting for my debited amount that is 585/- approx. Debited from my account for 5 application. 8 months gone but till refund not received. I called customer care about this matter, mailed about this matter approx. 15-20 times, every time they said it will be refund in few days, but nothing happened. Two times i talked to mr. Shabad about this, he told me that your amount will be refunded in 4-5 days. Today is 12 sep 2017, my first amount is debited on date 17-jan-2017.
Nsdl dept. Is doing fraud by this way. My application failed to complete because of their website problems, some time otp not received, some time amount debited but showed payment failed.
If 50000 application failed like this in one year, 60 lac is credited in nsdl and their interest rate also.
It is their way of doing fraud and they are earning extra income like this.

I applied for my pan on 1st july and still status says your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/[protected] where the application was submitted by you.
My acknowledgement no. Is [protected]. Please let me know the why is it taking this much time?
I tried calling on the mentioned contact number nut it doesnot exist

Respectively i rajeev malhotra govt ett teacher in punjab state want to bring it in your kind information that my pran account number is[protected] i want to change my previous mobile number [protected]used in pran account. Now i want to update this mobile number with new mobile number [protected]
I have submitted many complaints but unfortunately none of them have been solved. I request you please update my mobile number in my nsdl cra account. That will be your most kindness

I have applied for the pan at karvy centre, gidc, ankleshwar and enclosed aadhaar card respectively.

Sir/madam,

I have applied for new pan card on 10th sep 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgment number ([protected]). On completion of the process, i have received a message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found". If we are using online facility and all the requirement as been filled into the site and sucessuffuly submitted. So why no record?

Hi, i applied for pan card on 29th june 2017 and i did not receive the acknowledgement number or the pan card, today is 10th september 2017 still no response, however tried contacting the uti services but none of them worked, tried emailing, i need to update the acknowledgment number at my office or pan number or my salary deduction is more than it should be so, i want the resolution at the earliest.

I applied for the pan card and paid the fees through net banking. The full amount of rs120 was deduct two times from my account.
It shows the following:
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Therefore, i request you to kindly refund my money.

I am government official, i have forgot my i pin i have attempted many a times and as my mobile no. Is changed i can't retrieve it too. Because of many attempts my account has been blocked.
So i request you to please unblock my account and provide me i pin and change my mobile number so that i can regulate it.

On my pan application acknowledgement #[protected], i received email with instruction for submitting notarized document with specimen signature. I did that and per instruction emailed back with attachment. It's been a week and no update on status of my application. Could you please resume processing my application? This application has taken way too long for processing and i couldn’t communicate in anyway. If there is any update on the progress of the application it is very much appreciated.

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted twice (Rs 120.62+ rs 120.62) and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
