        Today i fill pan application form [via physical mode] of mrs. Pushpa pandey with token no.[protected]. After successful transaction from online sbi, the web page says "transaction failed, your amount has been refunded in your bank account please do another transaction."

        I tried it 2 time with nsdl transaction id

          I tried the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

          Everything went right and at the end while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission, system status is "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

          Tried to reach nsdl through official contact center, but no response.
          Please the futher steps to complete the process or advise for the payment refund made...

          As advised, contacted NSDL Customer Care through the email and provided all the requested information to resolve grievance, but there is no response yet for the continues follow up and the online application status shows as Archived.

          Its very strange that the complaint status is now as Resolved even without any resolution of the issues.

          Please advise the next course of action.

          I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
          The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp two times and
          it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                          I had applied with nsdl online for a new pan card. The token no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that

                          1) the name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the adhar card

                          2) name in proof of identity does not contain middle name as mentioned in application.

                          Kindly refund my pan processing fee.

                            I have applied for new pan card as my old pand card was lost. The follwing are the details about my complaint:

                            Applied for pan card: 29th may, 2017
                            Application received by pan online portal: 5th july, 2017
                            Coupon number generated : 6th july, 2017

                            Now when i check the track status the message written shows - verification pending for dpr resolution. I want to ask that what kind of verification they are doing from since two months.in the mail dt. 6th july, 2017, which i received for coupon number confirmation, they confirmed that i will get my pancard at my door step within 3-4 weeks. I have tried to contact them as i wrote a mail to [protected]@panind.com on 4th september, 2017 but still i got no reply from them.
                            I just want to request you to help me in getting my pancard as soon as possible. It is urgently required by me for my official purpose.

                              I am waiting for my debited amount that is 585/- approx. Debited from my account for 5 application. 8 months gone but till refund not received. Shabad about this, he told me that your amount will be refunded in 4-5 days. Today is 12 sep 2017, my first amount is debited on date 17-jan-2017.
                              Nsdl dept. Is doing fraud by this way. My application failed to complete because of their website problems, some time otp not received, some time amount debited but showed payment failed.
                              If 50000 application failed like this in one year, 60 lac is credited in nsdl and their interest rate also.
                              It is their way of doing fraud and they are earning extra income like this.

                                      I applied for my pan on 1st july and still status says your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/[protected] where the application was submitted by you.
                                      My acknowledgement no. Is [protected]. Please let me know the why is it taking this much time?
