Sir, earlier i have worked for ministry of labour and employment at asansol and that time i have given the mobile no. [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com. I have an nsdl account bearing number bearing no[protected] now i am working for income tax department in bangalore and i want to change my mobile number from [protected] to [protected] and email id from [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@gmail.com.
I could not change this online because i lost my phone number and password of email. Id so kindly rectify this at the earliest.

    I tried the pan application on 10/09/2017 (Name - smt. Sonia, aadhar card no.[protected] through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

    Everything went right & sms recieved (Payment successful from hdfc credit card ending *3076 on 10/09/2017 at 23:19:06 to nsdlpan).

    After payment while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission, system status is "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

    Tried to reach nsdl through official contact center, but no response.
    Please the futher steps or advise for the payment refund made...

      I applied for online pan card on 17/09/17. My token number for the application is [protected]. After filling in the details and making the payment of rs. 118 through debit card. I received an error stating ' your previous payment request has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment. Then i tray 3 times and money will be deducted 3times of rs. 118 through debit card from my bank account but i have not got my money.

            My PAN card status is showing "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center.You may contact TIN FC[protected]/28433343 where the application was submitted by you" I don't know what to do cause its been around 2 month that I am seeing this notice.                         As advised, contacted NSDL Customer Care through the email and provided all the requested information to resolve grievance, but there is no response yet for the continues follow up and the online application status shows as Archived.

                        Its very strange that the complaint status is now as Resolved even without any resolution of the issues.

                        Please advise the next course of action.

                        I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                        The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp two times and
                        it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                              I have opened an atal pension yojana (Apy) and contribute regularly. But i am unable to track my contribution. I was trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'.

                                Dear sir. Maam,

                                I have applied for pancard on 12/07/17 and have still not got it. My coupon number is[protected]. For two months status has been same.
                                (Aadhar matched using demographic details (Partial). The application will be processed on submission of valid documentary proof.)
                                I send my passport copy as valid document but still the status is same.

                                Kindly do the further processing as i am in a urgent need of my pancard.

                                If applied through NSDL e-Gov, please provide the 15 digit acknowledgement number to enable us to provide further information.
                                My acknowledgement number for pan is [protected] I submitted my form on 4th September 2017. But still now whenever I track my pan card status. It says that it is still at process at Tin facility centre. Plz update your service. Please tell me when exactly can I get my pancard.

                                  I had to submit a new pan card form in online, all form had be filled and online payment will be done but the one time password was not to send the phone number, after a few minutes later the one time password done but the page is section expired, than i login but they are seeing that "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode, kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. So plz refund amount to me

                                      My tan acknowledgement no. Is [protected] dated:- 19/08/2017 for govt. High school kotla surmukh singh.
                                      When i track tan application on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html
                                      It showed "your application is under process at tin facilitation center" from last 2 weeks. No further information provided by nsdl. Please resolve my problem.

                                        I had applied with nsdl online for a new pan card. The token no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that

                                        1) the name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the adhar card

                                        2) name in proof of identity does not contain middle name as mentioned in application.

                                        Kindly refund my pan processing fee.
