I was applied for pan card on july 06 2017 in tin facilitation center in hyderabad.

I just got a acknowledgment no :[protected] and till today i didn't receive any update from the track status.

acknowledgment number

Hi, i applied for pan card on 29th june 2017 and i did not receive the acknowledgement number or the pan card, today is 10th september 2017 still no response, however tried contacting the uti services but none of them worked, tried emailing, i need to update the acknowledgment number at my office or pan number or my salary deduction is more than it should be so, i want the resolution at the earliest.

Sir,
I applied for the pan card and paid the fees through net banking. The full amount of rs120 was deduct two times from my account.
It shows the following:
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted twice (Rs 120.62+ rs 120.62) and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'
