Now when checking application status with same acknowledgement number in https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan2/servlet/PanStatusTrack
It is showing "sorry, no record found."
Please look into this.

        I have applied for new pan card on 06th sep 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number (N-[protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

            I had applied for pan using e-kyc facility (Aadhar card based authentication) on 03/08/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected]
            On completion i received this message,

            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

            But now when i check my pan application status it shows

            "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

                I applied for pan card vide acknowledgement number [protected]. Pan card no is cdgpg6130g. The same was sent by overnite express on 10 may 17 and was to be delivered by 15 may 17. Same is not yet received. The courier service is unable to track the present status of the pan card. I am presently staying at following address. If possible send it again.                   It is updated by pan department as following last month with the effect of my complaint:

                  "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' has been accepted by the income tax department. Your pan card will be dispatched to you shortly."

                  This status is same from last month, how long does it takes to dispatch pan card in india?

                  Am i receiving my pan from another planet that it takes so much time? This is really disappointing when people pay taxes and receive that bad services from your department.

                    I had applied for pan card with e sign but as your aadhar validation is not proper my application got rejected as every time i entered the aadhar otp your system gives the error, on 13th july-2017 my application got rejected and i was suppose to get the refund within 7 days but still i have not recd that even after sending you 5 mails, many time submited the compliant on your web site and around 6 calls to your call center.

                              I had applied with nsdl online for corrcation in pan card. My online pan application - token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:04:03.136. My application was rejected stating that

                              1) the name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the proof of residential address.

                              2) name in proof of identity does not contain middle name as mentioned in application.

                              Kindly refund my pan processing fee.

                                    Pan card re-dispatch request application no. [protected]
                                    Herewith i bring to your kind notice that i had applied for a new pan card, which was dispatched to my correspondence address in august month. I couldn’t receive the pan card as i'm not informed through sms service, after couple of days i contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.
                                    Therefore, i'm requesting you to resend my pan card to my address mentioned below as well i mentioned my details-

                                    I have apply for pan U-N[protected] and paid fee amount Rs 110.00, due to mismatch of aadhar name, appication can't process. again apply application vide U-N[protected] and paid again.

                                    It is requested that the payment amount o[censored]-N[protected] be re-reimburse at earliest.

                                      I have applied for corrections in my pan card through e-kyc on 14 jun 17 but it is still under process at itd (Even afte documents verified at nsdl). I have been calling and sending emails since 5 jul but every time they used to say that we have escalated your query to itd and will be solved within 7 days but it is still pending. Please issue my pan card on urgent basis as i have to apply for personal loan urgently. Are these called "ache din"???

                                        I have applied for a new pan card in the name of naresh singh which dispatched our address in may 2017. I couldn't receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after 15 days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.
