Hello sir/madam,
I had applied for pan card and also got acknowledgement of pan application. But my pan status is still showing "your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/66282803/66282804/66282805 where the application was submitted by you".

The same message is been showing from past 10 to 15 days. Trying to call all the customer care number either its not connecting or else line busy.

I have also emailed twice regarding this and got no response. I hope this time i will get response and i am in so much need of pan number. If i don't get the pan number i will loose my job. I hope you people will understand and reply back the status or else what is the problem.

    I am rekha devi my pan card "ddapd2537m" had returned to nsdl due to insufficient address as mentioned in the detail. But actually i was out of station at the time of delivery of my pan. So i didn't get my pan card and it returned to nsdl on 30-may-2017. Is there a chance to get my pan card back to my address.
    Please resend my pan to my address soon. I would be grateful to you.

      I have applied for a new pan card in the name of anjana rawat which dispatched our address in august 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

        I have applied for a new pan card on 7th september, 2017. But when i am checking pan card status on the next day it is showing "sorry, no records found".
        Acknowledgement no :- [protected].
        I have done this correction through e-kyc and it has shown "thank you for using online facility for pan application."
        Worried about it. Please tell me what should i do.

                      "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                      If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                      But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                          I had applied for pan using e-kyc facility (Aadhar card based authentication) on 03/08/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected]
                          On completion i received this message,

                          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                          But now when i check my pan application status it shows

                          "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

The same was sent by overnite express on 10 may 17 and was to be delivered by 15 may 17. Same is not yet received. The courier service is unable to track the present status of the pan card.                                 It is updated by pan department as following last month with the effect of my complaint:

                                "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' has been accepted by the income tax department. Your pan card will be dispatched to you shortly."

                                This status is same from last month, how long does it takes to dispatch pan card in india?

                                Am i receiving my pan from another planet that it takes so much time? This is really disappointing when people pay taxes and receive that bad services from your department.

                                  I had applied for pan card with e sign but as your aadhar validation is not proper my application got rejected as every time i entered the aadhar otp your system gives the error, on 13th july-2017 my application got rejected and i was suppose to get the refund within 7 days but still i have not recd that even after sending you 5 mails, many time submited the compliant on your web site and around 6 calls to your call center.

I applied for pan card for 5th may 2017 but l check my pan card status they reply me my pan card is deliver ed on 3rd june 2017 by first flight courier put. Ltd vide airway bill no. B991q4834225, at communication address mentioned. My address is shinde vasti, wadgaon shinde, pune, maharashtra, 412207. But pan card is not getting me. Please help
