your request cannot be processed, please try after some time

I tried the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

Everything went right and at the end while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission, system status is "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

Tried to reach nsdl through official contact center, but no response.
Please the futher steps to complete the process...

refund the money rs 118

I had applied with nsdl online for a new pan card. The token no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that

1) the name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the adhar card

2) name in proof of identity does not contain middle name as mentioned in application.

Kindly refund my pan processing fee.
