No delivery was attempted neither did they call me, instead they sent back my pan card with remark "delivery failed". Requesting you to kindly send my pan card back to me. My pan no is bfipp7401l. We have applied for the pan card correction/update @ bangalore but still the request showing its pending that tin facilitation centre.
Tin facilitation centre not responding on calls.

Today i fill pan application form [via physical mode] of mrs. Pushpa pandey with token no.[protected]. After successful transaction from online sbi, the web page says "transaction failed, your amount has been refunded in your bank account please do another transaction."

I tried it 2 time with nsdl transaction id

I tried the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.

Everything went right and at the end while asking for e-kyc verification, even with the otp submission, system status is "your request cannot be processed, please try after some time"

Tried to reach nsdl through official contact center, but no response.
Please the futher steps to complete the process...

When i track tan application on https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html
It showed "your application is under process at tin facilitation center" from last 2 weeks. No further information provided by nsdl. Please resolve my problem....

I had applied with nsdl online for a new pan card. The token no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that

1) the name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the adhar card

2) name in proof of identity does not contain middle name as mentioned in application.

Kindly refund my pan processing fee.
