pam authentication failed

Sir/madam,
I completed the online application procedure n paid the fee through netbanking for pan and also authenticate adhaar no by e-kyc method for that i recieved email for adhaar authentication success but on nsdl site it is showing that i failed adhaar authentication. Mover over i have not received my payment back.
. Kindly look into the matter.

refund for my failed online application of pan

Sir i applied for pan online through ekyc mode but authentication with adhaar failed. I was deducted rupees 120 from my bank account. Till today i haven't received the deducted amount. Kindly refund my deducted amount. Nsdl appear to be authentic portal then why isn't my amount returned back. That means next time i should avoid appliying through your portal as it seems u are cheating people.

I applied for change in pan card using paperless mode i. E through aadhar card e-signing
Now when i check my status it shows the status as "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. correction in pan card is not done after pass three months
