Sir/madam,
I completed the online application procedure n paid the fee through netbanking for pan and also authenticate adhaar no by e-kyc method for that i recieved email for adhaar authentication success but on nsdl site it is showing that i failed adhaar authentication. Mover over i have not received my payment back.
. Kindly look into the matter.

Parbhani-, which was expected to dispatch to our correspondence address in june month. But we couldn’t receive the pan card. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

      Ack no. [protected] dt 29/06/17 paid rs 110/-

      First submitted proof of aadhaar which they rejected as poi as it didn't match with the details submitted because pan dept doesn't allow single letter entry but aadhaar dept allows. See the difference between two govt depts in the great indian government.

      Then we submitted passport as poi which they accepted. Here comes the real villain. Since we mentioned in the column, 'name to be printed on the pan' s xxxxxx as per aadhaar they rejected the form asking us to apply again remitting the fees once more. See how they rob people of money for something they themselves create. They could print the name as they wish, not as we wish. Because all indians are not brothers and sisters, instead 'slaves', slaves of digitalization embarked by a great man whereby these wings of government can loot the people in the name of 'computer not matching.'

      Again ref no. Ack No: N-[protected]. same asking again money to apply again. If indian population of more than 100 crore again pay Rs 110/- each, just calculate how much these crooked wings of government is illegally going to earn. IT IS A TOTAL CRIME AGAINST THE CITIZEN'S RIGHTS. everything digital. then why reapply? why not opening the same application online and ask the applicant to correct it himself/herself? total failure of digitalization of india. people and institutions are going to use it to make money.

      If the NSDL collects for a single PAN again & again, it is so easy to earn not only 100 crore but even 200 or 1000 crores before the end of this year itself. Shame on you, NSDL!

        I have applied for pan correction for change of my name as i have legally changed my name in all government officials such as passport, driving licence, adhar, gazette notification etc i have applied for the same for pan card with all proof submited but it has been more than 2 months the status shows my application was under verification at nsdl for more than 2 months my application is pending for long time due to this im unable to link my adhar with pan and im unable to file it return and im unable to avail banking loans and startup buisness due to delay in my pan data correction i have mailed to nsdl many times and tried to call the tin call center but i was always busy and not connecting i find no way to speak to nsdl and get response plz take action

        dear sir my old name was k.GANAPATHI and MY NEW NAME WAS C.K.SHARVESHVARAA i have changed to this new name in all government officials and resubmitted my application with gazette notification, passport, adhar card, driving licence with my new name and i recived a mail today from nsdl asking gazetted officer certificate of identy with his id proof sir plz i have been already resubmitted my all documents to nsdl for change of name in pan card and are indian passport ? driving licence ? and adhar card ? and gazzete notification not a valid proof ? but still asking for me a gazeted officer issued certificate of identity ??? plz process my application sir i have been facing so many problems for this pan correction delay...i have submitted all the documents ? and still asking gazzted officer certificate of identy ????

          I have applied for "name change" request in pan card in 1st week of june and submitted my aadhar card as a identity and address proof. N[protected] is my application number. My pan card application is still under process and it says - (Pfa snapshot of the status taken from website)

          "your application is under process at tin facilitation center (Tin fc) where you have made the application. While processing your application, following discrepancy (Ies) has/have been noticed. Kindly contact the tin fc[protected]/4716302/4716303 for details:

          Applicant's first name/middle name/last name mismatch with"name to be printed on card"

          I tried reaching on the phone number shared at https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan2/servlet/PanStatusTrack however, i am not able to reach the tin fc. Request you to please let me know if i have to again apply for the new pan card or i will receive the corrected pan card at my residential address.

          I have not heard from NSDL team.. and the application still states that it has discrepancy and I am still not able to reach them. Please look into the matter.
          I have still not heard back from the NSDL. Now my acknowledgement number not valid as per their record. Can you please look into the matter.

            I have applied for my pan card in pan centre (Religare solutions) on august 13, 2017.
            My acknowledgement number is [protected].

            My application status still shows "your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/49239885/23529580 where the application was submitted by you".

            I can't seem to call the above mentioned numbers as they are always busy.

            Please resolve this at the earliest.

                  Now the status is like as,

                    Sir i applied for pan online through ekyc mode but authentication with adhaar failed. I was deducted rupees 120 from my bank account. Till today i haven't received the deducted amount. Kindly refund my deducted amount. Nsdl appear to be authentic portal then why isn't my amount returned back. That means next time i should avoid appliying through your portal as it seems u are cheating people.

                      I applied for change in pan card using paperless mode i. E through aadhar card e-signing
                      Now when i check my status it shows the status as "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"
                      The contact number given is always busy... How can i get a guidance

                          I have applied for new pan card on 28th aug 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode with successfully transcation. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

                          "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                          If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                          But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

                          Please check my application. And give me appropriate response.

                            I have applied pan form for correction of name in my existing pan card through e-sign mode with acknowledgement no ([protected]). But my pan card is not dispatched yet. Whenever i checked its showing that aadhar card is missing. However had send aadhar card copy through mail 2 times (11th july and 1st august). Whenever i call to call center they told me that they logging compliant to get get it resolved. But till now no update. Kindly help me on this.

                              My PAN acknowledge number is N-[protected], applied from kashmir 3, 4 months ago..but still didn't receive... whenever i want to check status it shows "your application is under process at ndsl, you may contact...48/49...what ia the problem, i face lot of problems without pan card, Before 3, 4 months i have applied but still i am waiting for that, and big problem is that I can't track it it shows YOUR PAN is UNDER PROCESS, it only takes 45 days but 3 months gone still i am waiting for my pan card, please take it seriously i will be thank full to you, Waiting for your positive responses.                               My PAN acknowledge number is N-[protected], applied from Jaipur 4, 5 months ago..but still didn't receive... whenever i want to check status it shows "your application is under process at NSDL you may contact...(item no.14 in form 49A) what is the problem, i face lot of problems without pan card, Before 4, 5 months i have applied but still i am waiting for that, and big problem is that I can't track it it shows YOUR PAN is UNDER PROCESS, i am waiting for my pan card, please take it seriously i will be thank full to you, Waiting for your positive responses. Thank you

                                My wife pan card application is pending from 40 days. All required documents are submitted. I have called and emailed tin customer care many times but they always say it will be processed in 2-3 days, but nothing happens.

                                      I submit my correction in date of birth of my pan card online on date 24-5-17
                                      .its acknowledgment number is [protected] .
                                      After three months pass but I can not get my new pan card yet.

                                        I was going for paperless pan application... When it went to final page about aadhar verification then otp came to registered mobile number... I also submitted the required amount from debit card... But the application failed... Kindly refund my amount and help me out how to solve my problem.. Plz help me out so that i can make a new pan card and my amount can be refunded as soon as possible..
