Hello team,
I applied for my sister's new pan card but it returned undelivered. Here are the details about pan card:

Address might be bit short but it was same as that of aadhar card and aadhar card was delivered successfully. As i applied through aadhar card, i could not add more details.

I applied for new pan card online on 01/07/2017 to nsdl. My acknowledgement no. Is [protected]. The same was sent along with required documents through speedpost. My speedpost acknowledgement pan no. Is cnmpm2482b dated 13/02/1997. Till today, when i tracked the status of pan application, it reflects that "we haven't recieved the required documents in respect of the pan card application.

Still the status showing we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. I open an Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and contribute regularly. But I unable to track my contribution. So, While I trying to create IPIN, system shows an error massage 'PRAN not found in database'. Please resolve the issue as early as possible...

It's been more than one and half month, still my pan card is not issued.

I have applied for correction in my pan card data before 1.5 month but still i did not receive my pan card or any type of information about it.
