I applied on 12 july 2017. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. The status looks same for a long time.

I had applied online for changes in the pan card on 17th may 2016 and subsequently forwarded required documents as a proof (Date of receipt 7th jun 2016) i. E copy of passport along with the acknowledgement to m/s ndsl, but some how request was not processed by ndsl with following message

pan card not received/how to know the status

Sir I have applied for PAN card online with e-KYC(Adhar verification). I haven't received the PAN card or what is the way to see the status of such type of PAN card(with e-KYC). My Acknowledge No is [protected].

And when i checked my status of pan card, it shows "your pan card has been dispatched on 23-jun-2017 by blue dart express ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 03-jul-2017."

regarding refund of online processing fee

I applied for pan card using e-kyc option. But it failed and gave reason that some of the information does not match with adhar card. Apply using physical mode and the deducted money will be refunded within 7 working days. It has been more than 7 working days but still it has not been refunded and i have already applied for pan using physical mode. My token number is [protected]...

I have applied for a new pan card in the name of anamika chauhan which dispatched our address on 10th july 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as the courier has not telephoned me and the courier person has not delivered at my given address.
