I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the courier man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the courier office regarding the post.         I have applied for a new pan card in the name of fekani devi which dispatched our address on 15-jun-2017 by registered/speed post vide airway bill no. Ea[protected]in. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post.             Nsdl had forwarded my amended pan card no bewpp5895p through blue dart express vide waybill number : [protected] reference no :[protected] on 12.07.17. As i was temporarily out of station, i had requested blu dart on their website to arrange delivery on 29.07.17. But to my surprise i received a mail from blue dart stating that they have returned the consignment to nsdl rto on 28.07.17 without making any reference to me.

            I have sent a mail to nsdl rto on their email id [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no response so far. I reques that the amended pan card be sent to my following address for communication purpose only:

                Dear NSDL,

                Please be informed that as per the instruction from UIDAI, Branch code[protected] machine was de-registered due to Non-Compliant.

                He is not following the guidelines o[censored]IDAI. Below mention the reasons due to which his machine was deregistered.

                1) Over Charging.
                2) SFTP not uploaded on time.
                3) During surprise visit, office found closed without any prior information and not displayed any notification outside his office.
                4) Whenever we called him, he never answering the call
                5) He has not submitted the signed consent in which it clearly mention that PEC will not charge any amount for new enrollments and for rest they will charge the amount prescribed by UIDAI.

                  I am an individual and had applied for the change in my name and address. I am now married for 13 years and most of my government documents bear my married status name and address. I am not a day or a week married person who needs a change of name and address with a martial status pan card so need to submit a wedding card as a newly wedded person to can satisfy the clause of married status. My husband and i could not get marriage certificate just because we both are busy as well as our witnesses. I am ready to tender my husband appointing me as his medical beneficiary which is also a semi-government document

                  As you have asked me the NSDL e-Governance 15 digit acknowledgment number which is as follows N[protected] in name of Mrs. Kanchan Sadashiv Kambli. As I am working as an Advocate and my previous enrollment was as Miss Kanchan Vishwanath Karangutkar in the year 1994 so my previous all documents were issued in the same name. Today the status is all my Advocate Documents including my Bar Council of India Sun not, ID, Enrollment with the High court of Bombay A.A.W.I ID and even Ration Card stand in the name of Mrs. Kanchan Sadashiv Kambli as my name has been duly changed due to Change in the name in Gazzate. Hence I had submitted with my Gazzatte Copy. I just fail to understand with an insistence of Wedding Card which can be just printed for name sake or the Photos if asked for which can also be created. I have changed my name in all the Government Documents and still, your insistence from your office for Wedding card doesn't seem reasonable. I failed to understand why Indian Central Government don't insist all their Government EmployeesCentral & State) to furnish their Marriage Certificates to their Government Bodies so no such confusions are faced by their wife. No lame excuses can be made by Husbands as it is their job and they will have to tender all their details with all Aadhar Card no to offices along with Marriage Certificates. Today I have so attached my Beneficiary ID of my husband issued in my favor by Maharashtra Police Kutumb Arogya Yojana. I am a permanent resident of Navi Mumbai, and residing at the given address.

                  Sir, Please note that as requested by you I have complied to your request on[protected] from my this very e-mail account.I am really upset for the delay if it is not carried out from your end. I have no idea why such delay is there from your end when the services are not done expediously. First of all your office insist on e-service, then point of lack of documents, then reply late on e-mail. Then no reply after expiry of more than 15 working days, and Govt wants e-service & No privatization of Govt Offices when the services are of slow moving bodies.Lack of staff, Inexperience people are no excuses if it was pvt bodies the license would have been cancelled. But when there is delay by Govt offices then what should we do. Hope you reply. Atleast reply for any compliance if pending,

                      Sir, my name jagannath saha a senior citizen. I applied for a new pan card through online portal with e_kyc on 30 june 2017. I successfully submit my application and paid the fee and got an acc. No. And also payment receipt from nsdl. But from that day i am unable to tract my application through online messege shown "no record found" and also not get my pan. I called so many time to the call centre of nsdl and also send so many mails. But nothing reply received. Customer care person told me wait for 2days, 5 day, and so on. Now today told wait for more days but not give a specific time. My pan card is important for me for my business registration and also for my bank account. I already wait for 1 month. Nothing resolution come from nsdl. Please help me from your site.

                        I used the nsdl site to change certain details mapped to my pan card before i pay my taxes. I opted for e-kyc. The details of the transaction are:

                        Application type: 49a
                        Date of transaction :[protected]
                        Transaction reference no. : jhdf[protected]
                        Bank reference no. :[protected]

                        After payment of the rs 120.62 including all charges the web page asks for otp generation for aadhar verification, but there is no link to proceed further. As a result, the money is deducted from bank account while service is not provided.

                        This is not an isolated case and there are thousands (Or more) of such complaints of honest taxpayers money being lost, due to trusting a govt. Provided online service at this day and age, when the govt. Is promoting digital india campaign.

                        Nsdl should immediately suspend the website so that citizens money is not lost and save them from unwanted harassment.

                        Please refund the lost money immediately.

                            I am nitin a a puc student and for the purpose of education loan i have applied for pan card on 10th july 2017 at karvey office ballari, karnataka. But still it's showing that your application is under process.

                            I literally m in very much need of my pan number for bank purposes sir please help me. The service provider (Karvey office) isn't responding properly.

                              I had applied for sebi’s nism certification registration, who informed me that the pan database still contains my name as anand bhavna.

                                I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                                Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
                                Now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
                                Please refund my money.

                                  Sir, i applied for a pan card but due to technical issue the site said your previous payment was cancelled money will be refunded then i again make a payment thn it also has been declined due to aadhar updation.
                                  In this way i paid two times processing fee of rs.120.

                                    That i have applied for pan card and the same is despatched overnite express ltd couriers, with cosignment no.[protected] dated[protected], pan card no. Cqmpr6785f and the same is returned back, but status show delivered. Pan card not receive our home address. Kindly re-send the same address by way of postal department and do needful. Plz solve my problem as soon as

                                      Dear sir/ madam
                                      L applied for a new pan card on 27th of may. My application no is - n[protected]. While checking the status it is found to be returned to nsdl on 12th july by blue dart express.
                                      What is most surprising is that your courier didn't bother to make a call to me when they found my flat under lock and key.
                                      Please resend it and also give me an intimation of its resending so that i can be available on the date of delivery

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I had requested for correction of my name on pan card.
                                        I had submitted all the required documents and i have the acknowledgement of it. Its now more than 4 months and i have not heard anything about it.
                                        The website shows status as "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at income tax department"

                                        I request you to please deliver me corrected pan card at the earliest.
