Sir/madam,

I have applied for pan card changes through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number : [protected].

On completion of the process i have received message like below.
"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status, it is shown "sorry, no record found."

        The name change happened correctly and i also received the pan card. However my dob has now been entered wrongly as 17/05/1985 instead of the correct dob which is 17/05/1984.                 I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my credit card and net banking but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :

                Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
                i had done the same process 3 times, all the times displayed above message only

                  I registered for NPS yesterday (08/07/17) and got the PRAN no thru email. But I have not received the IPIN and TPIN yet. While resetting the password using forgot password option, it shows error that "PRAN NOT FOUND IN DATABASE"

                    Dear sir/madam,

                    I would like to register a complaint regarding my non receipt of the pan card. My acknowledgement number is [protected].

                    The courier service you used i. E. Bluedart courier is a highly irresponsible and consumer unfriendly service and has a previous track record for utmost disregard towards the needs of the recipient.in several previous occasions it has failed to deliver important consignments and has repeated the same for my pan card as well. Neither my family nor i received any form of communication before the delivery of the pan card and it is now being returned.

                    Kindly utilise government channels of communication like speed post or registered post. I would like to request you to resend my pan card to the same address. My details are as follows:

                      I'm RaviTeja (in short). I want PAN card so I went to an Agent nearby and he demanded Rs.250/- but when I browse through the net I came to know that it costs only Rs.107/- and Rs.5.90/- more if I want to avoid Physical process using E-sign method, including my bank charges for using debit card for the online payment, it is going to be around Rs.118/- which is far less when compared to amount that Agent has demanded.

                      So, I decided to go with Online e-sign PAN application, I went to NSDL site and entered all my details & uploaded the requires documents and made the Online Payment everything is Okay till now, but the worst nightmare comes now in the form of "AADHAR AUTHENTICATION". At first I was not concerned about it as I linked my mobile number to the AADHAR. when the screen shows me "CONTINUE WITH E-SIGN/E-KYC", I pressed it and I got an OTP but what is the use!!! the webpage doesn't load itself it is still showing the same page with 2 more attempts left for me to generate Aadhar OTP. the same happened for the remaining two attempts with warning of my lost attempt. No use!! I made payment, I uploaded documents, entered details, got Aadhar OTP but the webpage doesn't helped me.

                      Then I became firm to get my PAN through Online only without approaching an Agent but the same happened all the FOUR times I have tried, making me to write this complaint with 4 transaction IDs in message box, each costing Rs. 118/- to make a grand total of Rs. 472/- but of no use.

                      First Transaction:
                      Transaction Id: txn# JU[protected] dated July 5th 2017

                      Second Transaction:
                      txn# JU[protected] on 08/07/2017

                      Third Transaction:
                      txn# JU[protected] on 08/07/2017

                      Fourth Transaction:
                      txn# JU[protected] on 08/07/2017

                      all the above transactions were made to POS NSDLPAN using my SBI debit card.
                      On July 8th I made 3 transactions irrespective of my loss to conclude whether if it may work from another device but my guess went wrong. 2 transactions from laptops and 2 trnsactions from mobiles taught me that the website is worst in maintainance.
                      DIGITAL INDIA is an illusion, PAPERLESS applications are dreams, CURRENCYLESS transactions will make you cry!!

                      I'm now going to that agent for applying PAN card and it is making a grand total of Rs.722/- for a single PAN card. I came to know that this is how the Agents are robbing the people with the help of Govt. sites indirectly.

                      I hope I will get those money back from the NSDL.

                              I applied for pan card on July 3 and my ack no is [protected]...I need even pan number for my job proceedings.still it is showing the status daily as, Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center.You may contact TIN FC[protected] where the application was submitted by you...the customer care executive told me that u will get number within two days but that so many days gone.. please process my application nd provide me the pan number first

                                I applied online application for PAN card on dated 15/6/2017 with acknowledged no.N-[protected] and N-[protected] but now i don't want to proceed that application because I was allotted pan card with another acknowledged number so please refund my fee in original payment mode which was debited two times for both acknowledged number.

                                  I had made an application for reissue of my pan card, the acknowledgement of which i have got on 23rd april 2017. I have tried sending sms to the number provided & checking on the link provided, where the status remains same. Also tried calling the number provided in mail many number of times which i am not able to get through.

                                  I have also dropped a mail on [protected]@nsdl.co.in twice on 20th june 2017 & 29th june 2017.

                                  Request you to please check the status and release the pan card for the following acknowledgement number.

                                      I applied the pan card for my mother in e-sign (e-KYC) mode in NSDL at[protected] and ack no is [protected], Three months to has passed away But in this date at PAN Application Status is
                                      We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your PAN application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact TIN Call Center at[protected].
                                      Kindly Please sent my pan card otherwise refund my money, three months to passed away so do the action for my pan card or sent the money.

                                        My pran card number is[protected]. Sir my NPS account is locked because I have not open my NPS account last 03 year. Now when I try to open my NPS account and it is locked even I have forgot my password. When I have try to rest a new password I am unable to do it because of my registered mobile number is not available with me now and days..So please Sir give me a solution to unlock my NPS account and reset a new password .
