Dear nsdl concern manager,
This to inform you that i have received a notification that i have to fill some discrepancy form to change my fathers name on my pan card, i had visited a nsdl branch at malad west, filled a form given to me for name change for correction and marked the relevant checkbox, also provided all documents as asked, still i get to there is one more form to be filled which could have been informed to me earlier at the time of application or sooner not after 2-3weeks from application date, this is really very unprofessional work, the government has trusted a third party like to to take care of the citizens difficulties, but i regret its decision as things should get hassle free for us not difficult. After opening the status page and searching my status i cannot find that damn letter.
