I have applied for a new pan card in the name of 'leven' which dispatched our address in may 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as the courier did not call me & i don't get their contact me. Later, after couple of days we contact a branch regarding my pan card and the courier service provider told that he kept with him for two days and returned to the sender address.

I had applied for change in pan using e-kyc facility (Aadhar card based authentication) on 03/07/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected].
On completion i received this message,

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But now when i check my pan application...

When i checked the status on nsdl link it showed the reason as returned undelivered to nsdl on 03-july 2017 due to insufficient address specified by courier agency. Respected sir/ madam,
I m csc center operator. I apply for a pan card but it was rejected by nsdl. But amount of rs 100.5 is deducted from my wallet. The transaction id is [protected] dated 14/07/17. The same is happened in two more transaction the transaction ids are [protected] dated 14/07/17 and [protected] dated 03/07/2017 please refund my amount as soon as possible....
