I am trying to modify my pan details. After successful payment and aadhar authentication, while i submit otp, it results in:
"your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days"

I got it twice.

      i have provided my aadhar card as my supporting document, but i think they doesn't value aadhar.
      dont know how to satisfy them?

        Its been a almost two months my application is still pending with income tax department for name correction.
        I need it on urgent basis.
        Status updated : your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at income tax department...
        I am seeing this status since 8th june 2017.
        My problem has not been resolved even after calling at the call centre for n number of times.
        Kindly solve this matter on urgent basis as i hv to file my itr before 31st july 2017.

                  I applied for my sister's new pan card but it returned undelivered. Here are the details about pan card:

                  Address might be bit short but it was same as that of aadhar card and aadhar card was delivered successfully. As i applied through aadhar card, i could not add more details.

                  Here is the detailed address:

                  Address mentioned in the pan card (Through aadhar card) is same but short description of the address mentioned above.

My speedpost acknowledgement pan no. Is cnmpm2482b dated 13/02/1997. Till today, when i tracked the status of pan application, it reflects that "we haven't recieved the required documents in respect of the pan card application.

                                  I applied for new pan using ekyc mode on 15th &16th feb 2017. I tried two thinking some problem in entering otp, but all the two time i noticed i entered exact otp which i received but its deducted my amount and otp failed. Even though iam entering correct otp only

                                  I got this below message after payment — adhar authentication — finally ekyc alone getting failed using otp wherease i entered the correct otp only

                                  "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days."

                                  Please fix the bug, or its a way of earning money. I want my refund for this 2 temporary tokens. Please refund my amount back. Rs: 120.60 for each transaction has been deducted

[protected] se pan card banbane ke liye apply kiya tha jiski process time par application complit nahi hone ke karan cancle ho gayi hai aur 7 din se jyada time niklne par bhi mera pan fees ka refund back nahi huaa hai so plese sir credit my pan fees refund soon credit in my ac.

                                      Every when i do the pan correction through e-verify with aadhar

                                      I am getting the below error. Almost tried multiple time and amount is debited

                                      Your e-sign/e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this pan application in next seven working days.
