I have opened a nps account. And i have e-signed the form. As i have e-signed no need to send the filled form to cra.     I had applied for PAN correction about 2 months ago but still it is showing your application is under process.

    as I was unable to link Aadhaar with PAN due to name mismatching, so applied for PAN correction on 29th June 2017 by using Aadhaar based e-KYC but still it's showing application under process.

        I have applied for new pan card on 4th august 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

        "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

        If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

        But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

        Your PAN application is processed by NSDL and PAN Card will be dispatched to you shortly.
        I applied for new pancard. But there was an ekyc error.
        And there Was a massage that is "you will recive refund in 7 working days "
        It is 14 th working day. And the refund is not yet to deposit.
        can you reply me why this delay appers. ?
        Or are you guys just cheated me. ?
        Myy processing fee deducted from my bank on 27th july 120/- transanction no./ JSBI[protected]IGABSJXTZ7 / name ashok dutt//pan aappplied for RITU Manohar// payment has still not refunded..

          I like to inform you that the tan number bbnp01755f was allotted
          Infavour of ddo code bdhedu004 of principal panchayat college
          Palasagora dist boudh odisha since march 2016.
          . As per a&g letter novlc-ss-ddo-067/64 the ddo code of said
          Institution has been changed to bdhedn012 from bdhedu 004. Hence new
          Ddo registration bearing number sgv229328f. Has been generated
          Infavour of new code which, communicated to undersigned on dt
          01.07.017 by email from [protected]@nsdl.co.in.
          Presently the new ddo registration number not matching with tan
          Number bbnp01755f of this institution
          . Thus it seems to mismatch in filing of 24 g by the treasury
          . The amount which has been deducted from the employees not being
          Uploaded since march 2017

          Thus ii request you to attach new ddo registration number with tan no
          Bbnp01755f
          So that regular tds can be uploaded through 24g

              Sir i have applied twice but it is showing ekyc error. It deduced money from my bank account. Refund my money. It is the worst service. We are moving towards digital but this type of error. I know that it will take arround one month for refund or you may not please improve service.

                    I have applied for pan correction for my father 1 month ago and documents has been sent to the given adress before 25 days however still the pan card is not delivered. When i am checking the status it is showing "your application for 'new pan card or /and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at nsdl" from last 20 days.. When our prime minister is trying to do everything digitally but the services again proof that we are still in the old age.                         [resolved] nsdl — pan card fee not refunded

                        I use nsdl website to create a new pan card for himself. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.118.90 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 28/07/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving fingerprint authentication. I wait 7 days but not refund so i claim. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." i have got no refund message from my bank. Where is the my 118.90 fees of my pan application? This problem arises due to their authentication failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

                          I have applied pan card with the name of anamika chauhan which was dispatched to my address on 10th of july 2017. I could not received the pancard as the delivery boy has not called me and also did not deliver the pan card at the given address. I checked the nsdl wesite on 31st of july 2017 to check the status of pan card and found that the pan card has returned to the origin.

                            I have apply for new pan card and i make payment for it. Aadhar verification was done and otp received but i don't know how my transaction was failed. And i did not get any amount refund. I have my payment receipt. And i want my money back and is there any consumer care no. Of your website which can contact in this issue if you have then please send me.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I have lost my pan, so i was applying for a duplicate pan through www.onlineservices.nsdl.com and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                              The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                I had applied for changes in the correction of pan card yesterday through e-sign. I completed the online payment and my aadhar was verified succesfully.
                                I have also got the payment reciept through e-mail.

                                However, upon enetering my 15 digit acknowledgment number ([protected]) to track my application, it says "sorry, no record found".

                                Please fix this issue for me as soon as possible.

                                  My pan acknowledgment number is n-[protected] i applied for pan on 25th of june, 2017.
                                  I always found written there
                                  "your application is under process at nsdl - tin facilitation center. You may contact tin fc[protected]/28433343 where the application was submitted by you."when i check for any update.

                                  Sir, i was going to take education loan but
                                  I have no pan card till now so i am unable to take loan because pan card is compalsary for loan. And i am unable to pay my fees so i request you to please do something so that i will get little early my pan card.

                                    I dont know why ndsl always do it, just disgusting, customer care no[protected] is not tall free, unable to contact, if calling they will response must be late, so time is spend also money,
                                    (Minimum 20/- only 13 minit calling)

                                    If you apply for pan then first time they reject it, next they send us "kindly send relevant document with proper details to below mentioned address" oh my god,,,,
                                    I was applying a pan application with proper physically document send to nsdl by indian post, but it rejected,,,,,
                                    Why? Pan application with payment receipt and voter id card copy, domicile certificate copy & address proof copy whole is not proper for you?

                                    At-least nsdl need two times document by psychically... Pan card rs — 114/-, post office charge — 50/- if reject then resend the document by post. Total 114+50+50 (Double charge) and customer care calling charge is (For any query) 20/-, document xerox is 10/-, envelop - 5/-, total - 249

                                    Plz help me guys, i will applied online 30 pan application... But all of are rejected, now i m depressing, what i m doing now? [protected]@gmail.com
