      Hi Team,

      NSDL Pan services are not working fine.
      After filling out the application form, once I scan the payment details amount will be deducted but the system throws an error that your application cannot be processed try after some time.

      Twice I did the same issue I faced. Kindly check and refund the amount.

        I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. and after filling all the required details it taken me to payment page and i have made my payment using paytm twice times.
        The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime'. I am not able to proceed further.

          Sir/ma'am,

          I applied my PAN via the online platform on 06/06/2022, I have signed my application digitally using e-sign and gave adhaar as proofs.

          On completion I recieved a message saying, "Thank You for using online facility for PAN application". And there is no need to forward physical documents.

          But now when i check my PAN Application Status via message it shows,

          "We have not received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. Kindly submit requisite documents to NSDL to process your PAN application.- NSDLeGov"

          What should I do now. I kindly request to check my application.

            I have made payment of Rs.107 on 16/6/2022 to apply for pan card.
            Amount was deducted from the bank account but the pan card application was not processed.
            it is showing an error message like "your request cannot be processed please try after sometime using returning user option in login page.
            I request NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure to refund the hard earned money.
            kindly refund the amount Rs.107

              Hello Sir,

              I was submitting the online application for PAN and I have completed almost all the details and also made the payment, but while doing the e-signature thorugh aadhar.. I got following error.

              "Your Photo File has been archieved.Kindly contact NSDL"

              Do let me know what should be the next steps for me as the money is already deducted.

                Please initiate my refund

                Nsdl reject my pan card application by stating that Your Digital PAN application is rejected as UID Demographic Authentication is not exact Match. Please apply PAN application through physical submission mode."
                but moned of rs 106.90 is deducted from my account number.
                my reference number is VA[protected].
                PLEASE REFUND IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

                Sir/Ma'am, I applied for correction of my PAN on 10.06.2022. While Making Payment through PAYTM gateway, Amount of Rs. 106.90 was deducted from my bank account. however, transaction was failed in NSDL site and a message popped stating "Your Previous Payment request has been Failed Your Money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment". On the basis of this Message, I made a fresh Payment and waited 48 hours for the refund in my bank account. However, no refund is made till date.

                        Hi Team,

                        I was paying the amount of PAN card creation but transaction got failed and amount was deducted from my bank. This happened two times that INR 106.90 is deducted with same error"your request cannot be processed.please try after some time using returing user option in Login Page.".

                        Please look into this issue for refund as Temporary Token number is also not generated after failed payment.

                            PAN card payment done by using UPI 2 times but the site is showing payment failed, but amount is debited and still not refunded. First time payment done at 21:51 hrs on 9 June, 2022, and second time payment done at 22:10 hrs on 9 June, 2022. Both times, paid the amount of 106.90

                                  Hello, my name is Ritesh. I have not received the first time login details or instructions to set password / TPIN / IPIN for my PRAN account. I am unable to reset the password using my PRAN and DOB but it shows "unauthorized user" error. I have also paid 1000 rupees during registration for which I have not received any receipt and since I am not able to login to online NSDL portal, I am not able to check where this 1000 rupees has gone or deposited. I am also expected to receive my NPS account number. When all these details will be shared? if there is any timeline to wait then why this information is not available on the website or communicated to the subscriber?
                                  I will not share any details related to PRAN or personal details in this platform. If the NSDL personnel wants to help then please share the direct nodal or zonal officer number and address for Chennai.

                                    I applied for the pan card approx one month before and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed due to which it displyed the following message :
                                    Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
                                    now its been over a month but neither the refund has come nor e-kyc has completed.
                                    Please refund my money. Details are given below:
