PRAN not found in database issue for login

Hello,

I am online registered NPS through Aadhar based KYC, got PRAN number with e-sign form, welcome kit. Then, i am trying to set I-PIN through PRAN, but unable to do that. It is showing "PRAN not found in database"

Could you please help me in this issue.

Non receipt of family pension PPO

Sir my PPO no[protected] has been issued by Pao Assam Rifle Shilllong which was sent through CPAO Bikaji Gama New Delhi to CPPC Ghy Lokhra Ghy by post and received by them on 27/4/2022. I have submitted my pan card application by esign/ekyc and received an email with acknowledgment number.
When I tried to check the status it is throwing an error as no record found...

I used nsdl website to create a new pan card for me. Temporary token is [protected]. I used digital document submitted option for my aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.106.90. Using Phone pay. My balance was deducted from the bank on 25/04/22 but adhar application not issued. It shows on the screen we are unable to proceed...

Pan Card not received, been more than a month

Hi,

I have submitted New Pan Card request on March 20, 2022, The AckNo is -[protected], but still now the status is 'Your application is under process at Income Tax Department.', its more than a month, no progress in the pan request. Please look into this issue.

After the payment is complete, suddenly a window appear like this "Your request cannot be processed. Please try after some time using returing user option in Login page". so I need all the money. While i am trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'.
Also when i try to register grievance at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/cgmsMenuOnloadForSub.do. i am getting error "please enter valid pran". I am sure that i am entering correct pran number. Below is the pran number which is availabe on my card.

I have applied for online pan .I have the payment by paytm twice and phonpe once.My amount is deducted but transaction failed showing this message.

PRAN is not found in database error while logging into NPS Protean App

1) PRAN is not found in database error while logging into NPS Protean App

2) When trying download statement using Atal Pension Yojana it is showing as invalid PRAN number.

Refund due after failed Online PAN application

I applied for PAN and submitted payment.
The application couldn’t go through due to mismatch of data with Aadhar and i got a message that amount will be refunded.
However, I have not received the refund yet.

NSDL e-sign/ekyc applied pan but application status shows no record found

I have applied for new pan card on 12 April 2022 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number - [protected].

But when i checked my application status in the tracking website, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

Payment deducted but no update given by the site regarding it

I paid 106.90 Rs. for my PAN card application form token no. [protected] via Paytm the amount got deducted from my bank account transaction id 0094626647120420221026361649739396025 as per NSDL site but the site did not show any payment done or approved screen and stopped working and when I relogged in it took me back to make payment screen.

Issue with pan card application

d all the steps regarding the application the problems is at AADHAAR AUTHENTICATION and not able authenticate the adhhar, and my money was deducted .so, refund my money...
