            I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
            The payment got deducted TWICE and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp many times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.

            I had sent mail also but did not get any response. Mail is pasted below:

            How did it resolved?

              Nsdl not dispatch my pan card till date but they showing wrong information in their website they dispatch on 30th may 2017 by indian post tracking id is-ea[protected]in. When contact the post office they said this tracking id not registered any post office of india then i have complaint many time to nsdl customer care but no result is fund. Government said pan card will be dispatch within 15days but nsdl taking more than 2month.

              Pls sir you just track my pan card and postal tracking id then you will know what is going in the nsdl.

              Hi, I have not received my pan card till date 1st August 2017. My Ack No is - [protected], NSDL Website say my card is dispatched from 30th May 2017 by Indian Speed post vide airway bill no. EA[protected]IN. when i track this airway bill no in postal website that say this consignment is not found then i contacted at nearest post office they said this tracking no not registered at any post office of India. I have contact many times to the NSDL Customer care but no result is fund . it already 3months gone how many days nsdl taking for pan card dispatch.

                  Hi team,

                  I have an pan card with an number of ccvpd6672c to update my pan in bank records, i have given number with the original and copy has been given the bank during update it got rejected they said that your pan number is not getting updated in nsdl received sms from bank "pan quoted by you for updation on bank records has been rejected during the verification with nsdl website".

                  Even i have contacted the branch of my bank they asked me to visit the income tax office located in chennai (Ayyakar bhavan) they said every thing are okay they said but still my pan is invalid even i have filed my tax with the same pan card.

                  Request you to check and do the needful in update my pan number in nsdl records for verification.

                    This is regarding the pan name change request i made via ack. No. N-[protected] using the online services with necessary fees duly paid.

                    Sequence of events:
                    1. I had submitted all the documents in january 2018 first week and received their acknowledgement. Documents submitted were pan copy, aaadhar card alongwith filled form with all details needed.
                    2. I was asked to submit 2 recent colour photographs which i promptly did and received acknowledgement on jan 20.
                    3. After 2 months, on march 19, i received an automated mail asking me to submit 2 additional documents (Date of birth not mentioned in the proof submitted, submit proof of identity of applicant where date of birth in application exactly matches with date of birth in proof)
                    4. Again, i promptly submitted the documents (Passport copy, marriage certificate) and sent to nsdl.
                    5. On april 8, i received an acknowledgement that documents are received and application is under process.
                    6. On june 7, i once again received the same automated mail which asks for submitting the same set of documents whereas i already submitted the required documents copy as per the supporting material requested on the nsdl site.

                    I wish to highlight the following grievances:

                    1. The documents processing is extremely slow (It's been 6 months now and the process is still ongoing).
                    2. Despite submitting the necessary documents, my application is still not processed and i received the same request yet again after 2 months delay.
                    3. I would like the nsdl team to expedite and review my documents & thereby send me the corrected pan card as i have already submitted the necessary documents as per the prescribed supporting material mentioned on tin site.

                    Looking forward for your speedy resolution

                        I apply for the correction in my pan number abipr 4468 c which is issued by income tax office ahmedbad gujrat.in gujrat, father name is written with name of person my name is revti sharan, my fahter name is shri hardas singh and my grand father name is shri fagana singh, when i applied for pan in gujrat my father name is written with my name and my grand father name is written with my father name. Now i applied to correct my name and father name on 31.01.2017 and relevant documents with application has also been sent to "'nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited, 5th floor, mantri sterling, plot no. 341, survey no. 997/8, model colony, near deep bungalow chowk, pune - 411016"whenever i checked status of my pan it was written'

                        Authentication of aadhaar given in your pan application with uidai database using demographic details (Name/date of birth/gender) given in your pan application has failed.
                        You are advised to provide necessary clarification for processing of your application with aadhaar within one month of the intimation. Alternatively, you may provide your confirmation to process your application without aadhaar.in the event of non-receipt of any clarification within one month of intimation, your application will be processed without aadhaar"
                        I have been correction in my aadhaar and same has also been sent to 'nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited, 5th floor, mantri sterling, plot no. 341, survey no. 997/8, model colony, near deep bungalow chowk, pune - 411016
                        But no intimation was given to me still now.
                        So i request you that correction in my pan may please made earliest.
                        Two time email has also been sent on email id at [protected]@nsdl.co.in
                        Many times tried to contact on phone but no response.

                              I've applied for pan card correction with karvy, sec 14, ggn branch, their authorized partners on may 11, acknowledgement # [protected] and was told at the counter that i'll receive my updated pan card in a month's time, but nothing to date. I've tried contacting your pune office, but no one answering that number. This is my second complaint regarding the same matter and really surprised that no one had looked into my concerns. Further, i'm receiving so many calls from touts claiming to be from nsdl and asking me my atm card details etc, also one guy, claiming to be from address verification team visited my registered address and collected address proof details from my father, i doubt he was what he claimed to be. I've been checking the status online quite frequently, it still showing application under process at nsdl, it's highly frustrating.
                              Please do the needful, issue my pan card at the earliest.

                                I had applied for pan correction on 9th feb, 2017 vide acknowledgement no. N-[protected] at karvy centre at guwahati. Even after 4 months the status shown is under process. I had contacted at[protected], and they said that they have not received the form and said that the process would be completed in 10 days. Now i am not able to contact them and no idea what to do next.

                                  On may 12, 2017 had applied for reissur of pan card due to correction in name as per aadhar card. It took 25 days to very document then in 06 june 2017 received email stating aadhar card was not accepted to resubmit document. Did it in same day and till date (25 june 2017) no progress done.

                                  Is this a service. If cannot process cancel my application and refund the money.

                                    I applied for pan card online and completed all the procedures. Later i recieved an acknowledgement form containing an acknowledgement number. My pan card acknowledgement number is 'n-[protected]' after i applied for pan online. But when i check the pan status, it says ' no records found ' although i have completed all the procedures and have even made the payment.
                                    Please give me solutions for how can i check my pan application status online.

                                      I have applied for a new pan car on 10 june 2017 and the acknowledgment number is n-[protected], still there is no update on it and the person in mee-seva said that i will receive pan card number through message for my mobile number with in a week, but i didnot get any message of it. Kindly look into my matter as i need the pan card as soon as possible for my job.
