I have already applied PAN issued application and fee with required document, after few day received a mail signature specimen not found, so we have again send signature specimen scan copy by e-mail of [protected]@nsdl.co.in more than a moth but status is still pending, today i have re-send this mail, please look into matter and do the needful.

customer care No [protected] i trying continuous many times but call ended or busy....

This is regarding the complaint(Complaint ID: 1612409) I logged on Jun 27 against ack. No. N-[protected] .

As discussed with you, I have now updated my Aadhar Card date of birth to match with my application and passport copy proof that are already submitted.

Please ask the NSDL team to now process my application and dispatch my corrected PAN CARD. It's been 7 months now!

Due to some holiday plans, no one was available at the premises at the time. Also, I was waiting for the call from the courier guy who use to deliver the consignments. If I would have received any call, I could make out the same with any of my neighbor or relatives near by. Request you to please redispatch the same in the same address as mentioned....

I submitted online application form for PAN card on 29/06/2017. At last i got a message on screen that my e-KYC request had been failed. I paid 117 Rs. through internet banking I want it back.
I can get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.

I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

Nsdl not dispatch my pan card till date but they showing wrong information in their website they dispatch on 30th may 2017 by indian post tracking id is-ea[protected]in. When contact the post office they said this tracking id not registered any post office of india then i have complaint many time to nsdl customer care but no result is fund. Government said pan card will be dispatch within 15days but nsdl taking more than 2month.
