I had applied online for pan registration, by i choosing e-kyc option and every steps goes ok but verification failed due to link failure and time out of the process. . But still my money rs 117.35 has been deducted from my account and not credited till date.

      I submitted PAN application Trough csc . The documents received and work under process by NSDL. I received mail notification for this process 15/02/2017. But still showing while check status like "You may have been issued pan in your name
      ". but i am not issued pan this is first time if my pan card already issued so please give me old pan card no. plz i have not before apply pan this is first time

              Hi, my PAN acknowledgment number is [protected]. I applied for PAN a few months ago.

              My PAN status still shows 'Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center. You may contact TIN FC[protected]/[protected] where the application was submitted by you'.

              I had enclosed my Aadhaar card as a proof.

              I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy or nobody picks it up.

              Can somebody please tell me how to get past this. Thanks.

                    I am checking my pan card status at NSDL status track.
                    About after 2 month I have received a mail from NSDL Team, Regarding office address proof required.
                    Then we send our office address proof as attached format .and we contact your call center no- .020 – 2721 8080 he told us that your packet has been received by NSDL Team. At 06/06/2017
                    And he said that please check your status NSDL status track after 10 to 15 working days. I am checking my pan card status at NSDL status track.

                    Present status is:- We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application.However, the documents are not valid.Please click here for details.
                    This status showing last days.
                    So, Request you to Kindy Issue my PAN Card As soon as possible.
                    IF you are unable to issue my Pan Card Kindly Cancel my application And Refund application fee.

                      Hello,

                      My mother has applied for correction in PAN card from NSDL. Acknowledgement number for same is - [protected] and PAN number is ARUPD0459P.

                      This was applied month ago and still I can see status as "Your application for 'New PAN Card or / and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at income tax department.

                      Above status is from last one month and my mother is not able to link her PAN card with AADHAR. This is disgusting.

                        Hello sir,
                        Yesterday i have applied for new pan card. I have paid 116.2/- using sbi debit card. After payment was made by debit card it required aadhaar verification and asked for otp, but otp didn't send to my neither gmail id nor my registered mobile number. After three attempts the session has expired. I didn't noticed my temporary token number. Sir please refund the money as soon as possible.

                          I have applied for pan card name change (from maiden name to married name i.e. change in surname) and also submitted supporting documents including marriage certificate (ack No [protected]). But status online reveals as under:-
                          'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' cannot be processed as PAN holder details provided by you in the application do not match with PAN holder details in the Income Tax Department (ITD) database.

                          I am trying to call on there one and only call center number but it is always on busy tone. There is no other way to get in touch with them.

                            I have applied for PAN 3 times THROUGH E-KYC but all times is shows "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days."

                              Can you please let me know when can I get PAN card.

I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                                  This RAMESHA R I had applied with NSDL online for a change in my PAN details (Name Changes) Pan Number "BCIPR4598D"
                                  PAN Application - token. No. [protected] dated :[protected]:41:16.129,
                                  My application was rejected for the reason
                                  1)application full name does not match with the name registered under aadhar,
                                  2)Gender of Applicant as per application does not match with the gender registered under aadhar,
                                  3)date of birth as per application does not match with the date of birth year of birth registeres under aadhar,
                                  i have attached bank transaction debit details of Rs.116.20/-
                                  kindly refund pan processing fees,

                                    I have sent application for PAN card change directly to NSDL-E Gov, Pune which is received on dt.5.4.2018 at NSDL Pune.I have made application with Physical form & Payment made by Demand Draft. So I don't have acknowledgement number. I mailed to NSDL for so many times in last 5 days to get the acknowledgement receipt which should be come through mail after 3 days of application but still there is no reply from NSDL side.

                                      I had applied pan correction (Surname change after marriage) online. My acknowledge no is "[protected]" but when I see the status on the site it gives "PAN Data' cannot be processed as PAN holder details provided by you in the application do not match with PAN holder details in the Income Tax Department (ITD) database" message. Link of letter is failed to load the and hard copy of letter has not been received yet. I have tried to call so many times but always busy. Can I know the exact problem ? What about the fee which I have already paid ?

                                        I had checked the website.. The status is the same since past 10 days...
