I have sent a change request form with an acknowledge number no. N-[protected] dated : 18/05/2017, my aadhar informations are correct, my firstname and lastname is in the reverse order in pan database, actual naveenbos thekkepurackal mohanan (In pan database it is thekkepurackal mohanan naveenbos). Please correct my name in the pan database asper my passport, in your online services i could not link aadhar only because of this.in my aahdar my name is naveenbos t m, in pan database they are asking form expansion of my initials, that is why i have added expansion of t and m, i have submitted 3 forms for correcting this nsdl haven't take any actions, they are simply rejecting my application, even i give my passport also. They are not willing to change their wrong data's, even the user given correct informations. I don't want to enter wrong data in the aadhar database that is why i sent a pan correction form. I humbly request you to take necessary actions, and correct my details in the pan database.
