I applied for a change in my pan card on 2017 april 10. I received acknowledgement that my papers have been received on 2017 april 24.

The acknowledgment number is n - [protected].

I am still awaiting the new pan card.

Without the new pan card i cannot link my aadhaar card to my pan card. I am concerned that i will not be able to file my it return in time.

Please help urgently.

    Please let me know when can i get my pan card, my client are waiting for my information. I am not able to do business without it, i cant open bank account. Bank has made pan card mandatory. Indian government system is not proper, i have got information as nsdl has shifted its gurgaon office, so the issues are coming.

      I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-kyc aadhar verification process.
      The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

      There is nothing great that nsdl is doing by paying these customer care # if they don't know how to handle customer queries or concerns. Moreover, their website said the same statement, then what is the point of keeping telephonic customer care?

      This is worst policy of nsdl and the it infrastructure is unbelievably poor. One cannot expect more out of these losers anyways.

          When i check the status on nsdl website, it shows me "no record found".

          I want to know whether my application has been successfully submitted or not and if submitted then why i am not able to see the status??

          Please suggest what should i do now.

                  मैंने 26/02/2017 को पैन कार्ड चड़ा रहा था the amount rs 117.35 was detucted from the account but the message displayed that your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. But i do not have received amount back yet. Please help me.. To get my amount refund. My details are as follows:

                        I submitted a request to update my details in my pan card on 5 june 2017.

                        I successfully submitted all the details and then made the payment through my credit card.

                        I received the message - your previous payment request has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment.

                        The amount has been debited from my credit card. My bank has confirmed that the payment has been made to the merchant.

                        But i have not received any acknowledgement number for the same.

                        I have been calling repeatedly on the nsdl customer care, but no body picks up the call. I have sent a mail on [protected]@nsdl.co.in, but no reply.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have sent a change request form with an acknowledge number no. N-[protected] dated : 18/05/2017, my aadhar informations are correct, my firstname and lastname is in the reverse order in pan database, actual naveenbos thekkepurackal mohanan (In pan database it is thekkepurackal mohanan naveenbos). Please correct my name in the pan database asper my passport, in your online services i could not link aadhar only because of this.in my aahdar my name is naveenbos t m, in pan database they are asking form expansion of my initials, that is why i have added expansion of t and m, i have submitted 3 forms for correcting this nsdl haven't take any actions, they are simply rejecting my application, even i give my passport also. They are not willing to change their wrong data's, even the user given correct informations. I don't want to enter wrong data in the aadhar database that is why i sent a pan correction form. I humbly request you to take necessary actions, and correct my details in the pan database.

                            Your PAN application is marked for discrepancy as Aadhaar authentication is failed, To process PAN application, kindly provide us your Letter requesting removal of Aadhaar Number and process PAN application.
                            Now My pan card is linked with Aadhar number, nut it is still the name is wrongly mentioned in the efiling india website, i have given this change request form for correcting the name

                                I apply new pan card in nsdl center acknowledgement no.[protected] date 05 march 2017 but our pan no. And card not issue till date i contact in nsdl call center but no response nsdl call and i chek my pan status will show your pan card undrer prossses please help

                                  I had applied pan card on 3-6-17 online. I highly needed pan card number because my salary is going to credit on 20-6-17. My company needed my pan card number. So i needed pan card number before 20-6-17. Please do something sir.
