Since then the status has been "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl". I require the pan on urgent basis. I made tan application through dsc hence there was no need to submit physical documents

I have tried to make call at nsdl however same was busy in several occassion

Pan card application issue

I am manta mandal applied for pancard in online through nsdl. All the details entered correctly and i finished it well and i done the transaction through debit cards successfully. Finally i downloaded the application for taking the printout. But the problem is the downloaded content cannot able to open, when i trying to open it just showing some numbers only and i don't even get any email or massage from nsdl regarding my application status...

I have applied only for pan card name change and also submitted supporting documents. But on checking pan status online, i found that they have misinterpreted my pan application and have provided incorrect rejection reason for my pan application. I am trying to call on there one and only call center number but it is always on busy tone. There is no other way to get in touch with them....

The message appeared that your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
But till now no payment...

Refund for failed transactions

Hi,

I have applied for change in pan card data online for the pan babpr9486d through temp token number [protected] and made the payment once through sbi net banking and again using credit card.

Amount debited in both the transactions but the update failed and got a message saying money will be refunded back to the account.
