Hi, i am trying access my apy statement online in https://npslite-nsdl.com/CRAlite/EPranAPYOnloadAction.do.But i am getting error : pran not found while trying to access my apy statement.
My pran is[protected].
My name : dhanya gopinath

Also i haven't received any documentation regarding apy yet.
Could you please help me with the error and documentaion.

    मैंने 26/02/2017 को पैन कार्ड चड़ा रहा था the amount rs 117.35 was detucted from the account but the message displayed that your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days. But i do not have received amount back yet. Please help me.. To get my amount refund. My details are as follows:

      I had applied for pan correction and had sent the documents over courier.

      The status in tin site is showing as
      "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at nsdl"

      How much time it is going to take as only after this i can link adhar to pan in it return filing

        Dear sir,

        While i trying to create ipin, system shows an error massage 'pran not found in database'.
        Also when i try to register grevienve at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/cgmsMenuOnloadForSub.do. i am getting error "please enter valid pran". Even i enter correct pran number. Below is the pran number which is availabe on my card.

        Please help.

          I submitted a request to update my details in my pan card on 5 june 2017.

          I successfully submitted all the details and then made the payment through my credit card.

          I received the message - your previous payment request has been cancelled. Your money will be refunded back. Kindly make another fresh payment.

          The amount has been debited from my credit card. My bank has confirmed that the payment has been made to the merchant.

          But i have not received any acknowledgement number for the same.

          I have been calling repeatedly on the nsdl customer care, but no body picks up the call. I have sent a mail on [protected]@nsdl.co.in, but no reply.

              Dear sir,

              I have sent a change request form with an acknowledge number no. N-[protected] dated : 18/05/2017, my aadhar informations are correct, my firstname and lastname is in the reverse order in pan database, actual naveenbos thekkepurackal mohanan (In pan database it is thekkepurackal mohanan naveenbos). Please correct my name in the pan database asper my passport, in your online services i could not link aadhar only because of this.in my aahdar my name is naveenbos t m, in pan database they are asking form expansion of my initials, that is why i have added expansion of t and m, i have submitted 3 forms for correcting this nsdl haven't take any actions, they are simply rejecting my application, even i give my passport also. They are not willing to change their wrong data's, even the user given correct informations. I don't want to enter wrong data in the aadhar database that is why i sent a pan correction form. I humbly request you to take necessary actions, and correct my details in the pan database.

              Your PAN application is marked for discrepancy as Aadhaar authentication is failed, To process PAN application, kindly provide us your Letter requesting removal of Aadhaar Number and process PAN application.
              Now My pan card is linked with Aadhar number, nut it is still the name is wrongly mentioned in the efiling india website, i have given this change request form for correcting the name

                              I have applied for new pan card before 20 days. Now i checked status of it online. It shows invalid documents. But i have submitted aadhar card as proof of identity and proof of address, and 10th board certificate, nationality-domicile, government issued medical card as proof of birth date.
                              Although i submitted all this documents, how can my documents are invalid.

                                      Status : income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application. Why nsdl shows my apploction status pending??
                                      It takes took much time to resolve the problem, government need to serious steps regarding pan card to deduce allotment time. Thank you

                                        I applied pan card for my mother and after validating aadhaar number given in pan application after payment. Submitted aadhaar number is not valid hence application rejected. As stated in application process money refund will be initiated within working 10day (Applied on 30th may 2017) till date no refund make

                                        Money deducted before validating aadhaar such application is built to make a scam of this. It is a fake site https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html

                                        Don't register online go personal or find a agent. Central government is encouraging this kind of frauds.
