I Submitted A Application To Update Some Details On My Pan Card, Before 4 Months Ago, Now I Am Checking Daily, But My Pan Card Status Is Showing As It Was From 2 Months Ago, I Called On Several Numbers, Provided On The Website, But No One Is Taking Calls, Even I Visited To the Office Where I Submitted My Application, But They Also Didn't Provided Me Any Kind Of Status.

1st Of All I Would Like To Thanks You From The Bottom Of My Heart For Your Kind Efforts, That It's Seems To Be Looking Like My Pan Card Status Is Showing As Under Process At Income Tax Department From 15days, My Major Problem Is I Am Unable To Fill My ITR Due To Not Linked From My Aadhar.
I Hereby Request You To Please Process My Pan Card Application Soon.
For This I Will Be Very Thankful To You.
I Have Also Attached The Current Status Screen Short.

    I have already applied PAN issued application and fee with required document, after few day received a mail signature specimen not found, so we have again send signature specimen scan copy by e-mail of [protected]@nsdl.co.in more than a moth but status is still pending, today i have re-send this mail, please look into matter and do the needful.

        This is regarding the complaint(Complaint ID: 1612409) I logged on Jun 27 against ack. No. N-[protected] .

        As discussed with you, I have now updated my Aadhar Card date of birth to match with my application and passport copy proof that are already submitted.

        Please ask the NSDL team to now process my application and dispatch my corrected PAN CARD. It's been 7 months now!

                          I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.112.75 using my credit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 14/06/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode.

                            Pan applied for my daughter. Acknowledgement [protected] over 3 months ago. First nsdl website said half a dozen calls made to call center. Reminders sent on 12.5.17, 6.6.2017, 12.6.2017 and 20.06.2017 & 27.06.2017 and requested to issue without aadhar if aadhar seeding fails.
                            Most irresponsible service i have come across. You need patience of an # to get through the call center. When finally get through, they just repeat check after 5 days. Do not apply their mind at all. Worst ever service.
                            Career of a child is getting affected as recruiters asking for pan during campus interview.

                                        I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                                        The payment got deducted and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp three times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.'

                                        I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign aadhar verification process.
                                        The payment got deducted TWICE and it took me to the aadhar verification process. I entered correct otp many times and it kept saying 'your request cannot be processed, please try after sometime.

                                        I had sent mail also but did not get any response. Mail is pasted below:

                                        I also had the same issue. Payment got deducted but I am unable to submit the application after the payment.
