I have applied for new pan card on 17th june 2017 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

"thank you for using online facility for pan application.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

But when i checked my application status today, it was shown "sorry, no record found."

Even i Filed yesterday for pan change request and after confirming the acknowledgement, i thougtht to check the pan status and given acknowledgment number and found that Sorry, No record found in application status.

    However, i didn't received any communication on the subject of receipt of those documents, so far.
    Or, there is no information from your end stating that documents are in order or under consideration.
    In this juncture, i have sent soft copies of the above documents to you, vide my e-mail on 14june17.
    Please consider my request to confirm the receipt and thereby your actions, at your earliest, sir.

      Respected sir
      I apply for the correction in my pan number abipr4468c which is issued by income tax office ahmedbad gujrat.in gujrat father name is written with name of person my name is revti sharan, my fahter name is shri hardas singh and my grand father name is shri fagana singh, when i applied for pan in gujrat my father name is written with my name and my grand father name is written with my father name. Now i applied to correct my name and father name on 31.01.2017 and relevant documents with application has also been sent to "'nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited, 5th floor, mantri sterling, plot no. 341, survey no. 997/8, model colony, near deep bungalow chowk, pune - 411016"whenever i checked status of my pan it was written'

      Authentication of aadhaar given in your pan application with uidai database using demographic details (Name/date of birth/gender) given in your pan application has failed.
      You are advised to provide necessary clarification for processing of your application with aadhaar within one month of the intimation. Alternatively, you may provide your confirmation to process your application without aadhaar.in the event of non-receipt of any clarification within one month of intimation, your application will be processed without aadhaar"
      I have been correction in my aadhaar and same has also been sent to 'nsdl e-governance infrastructure limited, 5th floor, mantri sterling, plot no. 341, survey no. 997/8, model colony, near deep bungalow chowk, pune - 411016
      But no intimation was given to me still now.
      So i request you that correction in my pan may please made earliest.
      Two time email has also been sent on emaul id at [protected]@nsdl.co.in
      Many times tried to contact on phone but no response.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I had applied for modification of pan details on https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com on june 6, 2017. For some reason, while paying through sbi debit card the required amount, the transaction failed and my account was debited with rs.116.20. I tried once again but this time too the transaction failed and i was charged rs.116.20. It has been more than a week since then but i still haven't received the refund for these two transactions. The relevant details are mentioned herewith :
        Date of transaction : june 6, 2017
        Temporary token number : [protected]
        E-mail id : [protected]@gmail.com
        Total amount deducted : 116.20 x 2 = 232.40
        Transaction id (From sbi) : ju[protected] and ju[protected]
        Kindly initiate the refund process as soon as possible.

          I have apply for new pan application but it is failed while authenticating the aadhar information so what should i do for getting back my application fees of rs 117.5? And what should i do for authentic my aadhar information online without any documents sending to nsdl?
          Is there any procedure for bring my money back if i donot process further regarding to new pan application?

            I had applied for pan using online facility, acknowledgment number :[protected] and i have digitally signed my application using e sign, i have uploaded my aadhaar document as proof..

            On completion i received this message,

            "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

            If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

            But now when i check my pan application status it shows

            "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

            Please check my application... And reply what i need to do..

              Hello, i applied for a new pan on 18th of june 2017 and i continued it's process choosing e-sign and took it successfully to the paying fees for it and then further process required to have authentication of aadhaar card and unfortunately my aadhar attached mobile number is lost few months earlier so i wasn't able to get the otp to fill the blank so this process instructed me to send the documents physically which i uploaded (Signature, photo and aadhar) on a previous page of the application and it suggested me to download or print the filled form with empty section of photo, signature and aadhaar so i want to know that is my application under process or it needs me to send documents and application physically or if not then can i get the refund! Kindly provide me the information please!

                This is regarding the claim of money of the national pension scheme, after the sad demise of my husband. We applied for the money claim 3months back. Husband s name is mr unnikrishnan, account number:[protected].
                We have got no sort of response from nsdl. We processed the claim request throught state bank of india, kaloor, cochin. When we contacted them, they said they have already processed and sent the documents to nsdl, and that we should contact the,.
                I tried calling them, all their customer care numbers are busy 24/7. I even lodged a complaint online, but yet to recieve any update.

                I have submit my pan application in Feb. 2017 and sent all required document and application form to provide address. But my Pan card is not yet received, I am continue trying to contact with NSDL pan centre but their both contact number are always busy, I have also sent email, But not single reply to my emails from NSDL

                  I had applied for tan number through nsdl. I had received an acknowledgment number to trace its status. The current status says that tan allotment letter has been dispatched on 18th may 2017. But i have not received it yet.
                  I had contacted nsdl department for the same through emails and customer care number but they have been neglecting the mails and the customer care tells to contact nearest post office but they are not sharing consignment number.                         I had registered for atal pension yojana in aug 2015 and have been regularly depositing amount in the respective bank (Oriental bank of commerce) for the same.

                        I tried to login to https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ using this pran # and it says "pran not found in database".

                          I filed my pan card name change request through nsdl on 31st march '2017.
                          The same was forwarded to income tax department on 21st april'2017, all the required documents (Aadhar card marriage certificate) have been sent to nsdl via email as i opted for online ekyc method.

                          Till date, i have not received the pan card and the status is "your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data' is under process at income tax department" is same for past two months.

                          I have call customer care n number of times but they do not have any update and every time the response is please call after 5-7 days. I understand there are large number of applications by all other citizens but then process needs to be fast forwarded.

                          3 months is a too long time for any verification and name change to occur in some documents.
                          Please look into this so that like other departments (Passport, aadhar) processing is fast and hassle free,

                            I applied for a change in my pan card on 2017 april 10. I received acknowledgement that my papers have been received on 2017 april 24.

                            The acknowledgment number is n - [protected].

                            I am still awaiting the new pan card.

                            Without the new pan card i cannot link my aadhaar card to my pan card. I am concerned that i will not be able to file my it return in time.

                            Please help urgently.

                              Please let me know when can i get my pan card, my client are waiting for my information. I am not able to do business without it, i cant open bank account. Bank has made pan card mandatory. Indian government system is not proper, i have got information as nsdl has shifted its gurgaon office, so the issues are coming.

                                There is nothing great that nsdl is doing by paying these customer care # if they don't know how to handle customer queries or concerns. Moreover, their website said the same statement, then what is the point of keeping telephonic customer care?

                                This is worst policy of nsdl and the it infrastructure is unbelievably poor. One cannot expect more out of these losers anyways.
