I applied for new pan trough nsdl ekyc portal and my pan no. Is not generated till today. My acknowledgment no. Is [protected] and my pan status showing that
Income tax department (Itd) database shows that you may have been issued pan in your name. Itd yet to inform status of your application.
Kindly fixed my problem

    Sir,
    My pan card aceps7280a needs correction of my dob i have filled online correction at nsdl-tin site with the ack no [protected] on 21/06/17 after paying through my credit card.

    I generated the hard copy but forgot inadvertently to save the same on my computer.
    As a result now i cannot send the same with documents of proof to nsdl-pune.
    Pl guide how to genrate hard copy with the help of ack. No on your site.

      I had applied for huf pan card vide acknowledgement no n-[protected] dated : 16/04/2017 and nsdl had asked for me to also send an affidavit of huf formation.

      I had sent the affidavit via indiapost awb no : ew[protected]in and it was delivered to your pune office address on 2nd may, 3:45 pm as per tracking details available on indiapost website. But i have not yet received any acknowledgement about receipt of the same, and also about the processing of the huf pan card. Please let me know on this matter urgently.

      I have mailed them numerous times, and also tried to call. Their phone number is always busy, and they never respond to emails. How to i get redressal on this quickly?

        I use nsdl website to print pan card by filing correction and print pan card form option. Temporary token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for his aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.117.35 using my net banking. My balance was deducted from the bank on 22/06/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to non registration of mobile no. On aadhaar card. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." i have not got any refund till now. This problem arises due to non registration of mobile no. On aadhaar card. I need all my money back as soon as possible because i do not want to proceed byonline mode further. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change as this problem is seen in most of the cases. Refund required as soon as possible.

                  I used nsdl website to create a new pan card of my father. Temporary token is [protected],, email :- [protected]@gmail.com
                  Date of birth:- 01/01/1964. I used e-kyc option for his aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of rs.116.20 using my debit card. My balance was deducted from the bank on 05/06/2017 but aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any otp on their registered aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days." i have got a rs.5.75 refund message from my bank on 19/06/2017. Where is the remaining amount of my pan application? This problem arises due to their otp verification failure. I need all my money or create a new pan card. They have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of digital india. Do something for a change.

                      So i checked my status and status shows undelivered but no courier boy is arrived at my home. I don't know why nsdl use pvt. Couriers for such a govt. Cards while we have a strong postal department.

                              I applied for pan card correction through karvy, authorized agent on may 11, 2017 and i was told it'll be delivered in a month's time. I checked the status online and it's still showing under process. Someone visited my registered address for address verification some 10 days ago and he told me that i'll get my card delivered in 3-4 days, but nothing to date.

                              Please look into it and get the needful done.

                                      I had applied for pan correction on behalf of my father but due to some technical error probably server was down, my payment got bounced and shown a message refund will be initiated. I paid through debit card on 6th june 2017 till now i have yet to receive the refund. I only see deduction in bank account statement please refund me asap. I have done transaction 2 times none of it came back.

                                      Issue not yet solved its been 21days already Still no refund and when i tried to call customer care call center the call gets disconnected frequently i tried 7-8 times all those times the call got disconnected please resolve this issue asap.
