Status shows pan already in database, but it was fresh applied.. What should i do now, and this pan is too urgent to have

I had submitted the pan application for my mom in jan 2017, acknowledge number n-[protected].

I was asked to submit additional documents and i did it already, but still the status is "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl". I see this status for several months.

Hello sir, i registered and contributed amount under nps tier1 and esigned the registration form on june 9, 2017. My pran is[protected]. But the system says pran not found in database. Am not able to raise grievance also in any mode since pran is not valid. Please do the needful. Thanks

I applied for the pan card correction today and paid the fees through my debit card but the e-kyc failed and it displayed the following message :
Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.
Please let me know the reason why it failed.br...

This is to inform you while i made an attempt to file an application for correction of name on my wife's pan card via nsdl website. I chose he option of netbanking in order to pay the required charges i. E. Rs 117.35, however the transaction didnt carry out successfully and i got a popup message that if the amount is charged, it wud be reversed back.
Unfortunately i have been charged with that amount and i expect nsdl to refund that...
