But it is showing under process from past 5 days,
I try to get the information from nsdl center but no one is responded not even i am not getting the line to discuss the thing with the customer support team i was expecting the reply even from this mode

    I had submitted the online application and paid the required fees. I speed posted the documents which were received at nsdl pune on 30th may. Since then the status has been "we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl". I require the pan on urgent basis. Now i recieved a mail that my date of birth is not mentioned in the proof submitted, but i have submitted copy of my aadhar card, driving licence and also copy of pan card. So which document will i send now. Please instruct me about the issue so i can submit date of birth proof for issuance of pan card

        Kindly help me to register into APY account through NSDL website as i canot login with a comment that yr PRAN DATA not found in Database.
        I am receiving regular SMS to submit FACTA Self declaration for at the earliest or else my PRAN account will be frozen.
        Please suggest regarding my query & resolve accordingly . It has been a very ig problem for me as PRAN # has gone inactive since long . But my Monthly Amount of 630/- is being Deducted Regularly also cannot access my APY PRAN DETAILS.Facing Trouble to access my details from NSDL WEBSITE.I tried so many times to Raise a complaint and Resolve this issue but not able to Get Satisfied Rwsult in this Regard.Hopefully this time i will get it resolved

          I had applied pan card online and use ekyc/ digital sign to get the pan card. I received the pan card within few days, however i needed to make a correction in the same and submitted an application for change in pan card.

          Now, past 1 week following message is coming on online status check.

          We have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected].

          I have emailed a copy of self attested adhar card, ration card and passport copy to their email id provided.

          Call center is always busy and it is impossible to get anyone on phone.
          I have sent several emails and there is no reply to any emails.

          Request you to advice how to proceed.

          Acknowledgment Number [protected] Name SUMITRA Category : Individual Status : Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application. why nsdl shows my application status pending??

            I submitted application in february and its ok there is some problem at their hand but they should reply on my bunch of mails which i sent them. Also their customer care number is always busy so how to reach them??? And my 118/- rupees also gone... And additionally pan card is not generated... My banks are require pan card from me else my accounts will be not operable. What to do now?

              I made tan application through dsc hence there was no need to submit physical documents

              I have tried to make call at nsdl however same was busy in several occassion

              However my tan status is still 'your application is under process at tin facilitation center.

                यह कि मैनें दिनांक 13.06.2017 को पैन कार्ड के लिये आनलाइन एनएसडीएल का आवेदन किया था जिसमें मेरे रूपये 116/- कट गये है। यह कि हमारे द्वारा नेट बैंकिंग के द्वारा पेमेंट किया था जो हमारे खाते से कट चुका है। और आपके द्वारा उस पेमेंट को फेंल बता दिया गया है फिर हमारे द्वारा दोबारा से डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम से पेमेंट किया गया जो कि सफल रहा । अतः हमारा प्रथम बार में जों पेमेंट किया गया था उस पेमेंट को रिॅफंड करने की कृपा करे।

                    I am manta mandal applied for pancard in online through nsdl. All the details entered correctly and i finished it well and i done the transaction through debit cards successfully. Finally i downloaded the application for taking the printout. But the problem is the downloaded content cannot able to open, when i trying to open it just showing some numbers only and i don't even get any email or massage from nsdl regarding my application status or acknowledgement number.                         I have applied only for pan card name change and also submitted supporting documents. But on checking pan status online, i found that they have misinterpreted my pan application and have provided incorrect rejection reason for my pan application. I am trying to call on there one and only call center number but it is always on busy tone. There is no other way to get in touch with them.

                        I have PAN and applied for Change of Middle and Last Name on PAN. But as per Online PAN application status they have metioned that "Your request for 'New PAN card and/or Change/Correction in PAN Data' cannot be processed as PAN holder details provided by you in the application do not match with PAN holder details in the Income Tax Department (ITD) database." It is indicated that the details which i provided in the form does not matches with the one available in Income tax database.
                        Obviously as I have added the Changed Middle and Last Name on the application form, the details available in database previously will be different from the one provided in the application form. So accordingly the processing should happen for new PAN card issuance with updated Name.

                          I had applied for pan for my brother mr. Hrushijith thallasseri on 12 november 2016 with token no.[protected] and acknowledgement no. [protected] dt.[protected], 20.23.38.063. There were certain reasons due to which the documents of proof was not valid. I talked to the customer care and took advice on what to do. As per their advice, i resent all the documents asked for on mail.

                          I received an acknowledgement from denzil (Tin info) on 6th april 2017 that the verification of documents were in process.
                          I sent another mail to the same e-mail id: [protected]@nsdl.co.in on may 30 after waiting more than a month for a response (Attachment 1). When i had checked the pan application status online, i was shown that documents have been received, but no updates whatsoever.

                          Now when i am checking it online, the same sort of details, 5 in number are being shown. The same thing that i had discussed with the representative, the same issues are being shown in the application status that the documents are not valid. I do not know what to do. I made several number of calls to the tollfree number and also their customer care centre but i am not getting through.

                          I has been 7 months since the application was first posted. I know that all the documents i have submitted are as per the advice of the nsdl representative, then why is it still shown invalid. What other procedure can be done. Kindly advice.

                            I had successfully made the paymant of rs 116.20 online through my debit card, but even though the money was deducted from the bank a/c but my payment was shown as cancelled on your portal.

                            Please do the needful to refund my money asap.

                              मेने 07/06/2017 को NSDL की ओनलाइन सेवा के मध्यम से आवेदन किया था, परन्तू वह किनही कारणों से पेमेन्ट ओप्सन मे OTP डालने के बाद फेल हो गया, परन्तु मेरे अकाउंट से पैसा निकल चुका था, मेने 3 बार try किया परन्तु तीनों बार यही हुआ जिसकी डिटेल्स मे नीचे दे रहा हूँ, Process फेल्ड होने के बाद पेमेन्ट7 दिन मे रिफन्ड होने का मेसेज Screen पर दिखाई दिया ।
                              अतः मेरा निवेदन है कि मेरा पेमेन्ट जल्द लौटाने की कृपा करे ।

                              I had apply for PAN card on online (10/06/2017) two time.But that unsucsessed.I paid fee ₹116.20, ₹116.20 for two time apply. when failed apply appeard notificatio on the screen .In the notification view that to got refund me in seven working days.

                                I have applied the new pan card through nsdl website. Money also successfully paid through website itself, and i have sent the proofs for verification along with application.
                                It has been done before 20 days back.
                                But i have not received about status
                                And also i seen in the nsdl website for status checking. It is giving no records found. While applying time i didnt get any acknoledgenumber. I received only reference number

                                But i dont have acknowledge number. I am trying to search with my name it is giving like "no records found" message.

                                  I had applied with nsdl online for a change in my pan details on[protected]. My pan no is agkpd4605n. Token number for my application is [protected]. The message appeared that your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

                                    My pan application# n-[protected] submitted in mar 2017, still not issues pan card. I need this pan card to submit to my bank to get my atm card, and i'm unable use my bank account now.

                                    My adhaar submitted was not accepted and i provide passport copy and voter id card. And got email my documents are in order.

                                    But in website it still shows my documents are not valid. And when i call customer care they say it is under process for past 2 weeks.

                                    Im very unhappy with service i got from nsdl, pls help me to get the card delivered asap.

                                      Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched on 14-May-2017 by Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA[protected]IN, at the address for communication indicated by you in the application.
