Dear sir / madam,

This is to inform you that we have applied for pan card on 1feb-2017 and more than 60 days has been passed but we have not received our pan card till now while all necessary documents is received to pan card deptt. And all documents receving acknowledgement is given by pan card deptt. On 16march.-17. We have registered our complaint also on nsdl e-mail but no action has been taken by them.

Please take the necessary action against pan card deptt.

    I did not get my pan card due to unavailability at home pan no [ hrjps3698d ]
    Applicant name : saravanan
    Consignment no.: [protected] (Blue dart)

    I have applied for the pan card in the month of january. The pan card is been delivered to the mentioned address but due to unavailability in home. Pan card has been returned back to mumbai.
    The pan card is been dispatched through bluedart courier way bill number : [protected].
    I need to give copy of my pan card for bank purpose so kindly dispatch it again as soon as possible.

    Your PAN card has been returned undelivered to NSDL on 30-Mar-2017. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee not available'. The same will be re-dispatched shortly.

      I had applied for a duplicate PAN card to be issued with a request to change the address in Jan 2017..required fee was paid online and documents sought for the transaction were shared with Income Tax PAN Services Unit(Managed by NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Ltd), Pune.

      Having acknowledged receipt of documents, on 30th March-I received communication that there is discrepancy in my application that supporting documents for address proof/fathers name/identity/date of birth not submitted - while I submitted a passport copy, which is listed as the document for all of the above.

      Tried reaching their call centre at[protected] and it's useless while mail responses are pathetically slow.

      Please help.

          I applied new pan card and the pan no is-ctzpb2655j and having acknowedgement number is [protected]. One month have been passed but still i didnot get my pan card and status shown that pan has been allotted by income tax department, your pan card is under process at nsdl and will be despatched to you shortly. Due to that only i have faced lot of problem. So i need urgently pan card for my future reference.

                  My name is Balraj. I Applied for PAN through online on 16.02.2017. The acknowledgement No generated is [protected]. I sent the supporting documents through Speed Post which was delivered to NSDL on 22.02.2017 (Found by Tracking). Thereafter, I received a mail on 09.03.2017 stating that the supporting documents was received by NSDL. But, till now I had neither received PAN number or PAN Card. Please, check the same and process the same at the earliest so as to make it possible for me to apply for Bank Account.

                    I am applied for new pan card using the https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html

                    for paperless application.

                    My account has been debited on 13/03/2017 and after successful payment there is an error message that your application could not be processed due to an error.
                    My Token no. is [protected].

                    I am received a pop up message that you will get the refund within next 7 days but didn't received the refund amount even more than 15 days lapsed.

                    How digital India compaign will succeed in India where there is no sytem to refund the amount within the stipulated time.

                    There must be passed a strong law to tackle such cases since such persons are didn't understand the value of others money.

                            My name is Om prakash Maheshwari and I had applied for Duplicate(Correction) PAN card on 30/01/2017 by making online payment.I got the ack. No. N-[protected]. But till date i.e. even by 29/03/2017, No PAN card received.
                            I thought it would take around 15-20 days to deliver, but more than sufficient time has passed.
                            Firstly, I thought due to elections it was taking time, but that is also over.Status Tracker is showing as under :
                            "We have received the documents with reference to your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data'. Your application is under process with NSDL"
                            This status is as it is right from the day you had received the physical documents i.e. 09/02/2017.
                            Kindly deliver it to me ASAP to avoid any hardship to me.

                              1. Non receipt of PAN card sent to me [protected] on 27th Feb., 2017 has not reached me. Kindly advise.

                              Both these cards are not tracked on India Post. Normally it takes 10 days time to reach but as you can see the dates, its almost a month and we are unable to track it on Speedpost. kindly look into it or get in touch with India Post.

                                  I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 24/03/2017 but Aadhaar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days"where is the amount of my Pan Application?I need my money back.Till now I am not receive the amount.they have to close their website if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

                                    But till date APY is not attached with my saving account. monthly amount is not debited from saving

                                      Already I have submitted my application on 07 March 2017.

                                      NSDL will not be able to re-send the PAN card as we have attempted delivery twice. You are requested to submit a 'Request for New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN data'.
