I have applied PAN card for my mother on 20th Feb 2017 to execute a property deal. The application form with adhar card copy is delivered to Pune NSDL centre on 24th of Feb 2017.

Till date the PAN number is not informed and the card is not issued. The NSDL site is saying that the same is under process.

Refund my online pay fee for pan card

Dear authority,
I applied for new pan card online on 19 mar 2017 through e- KYC and made payment as well and the payment was successful and rupees 116. 20 deducted from my bank account but a message generated "your e-KYC based request has failed hence you can not proceed the application with e- KYC". so I request you to cancel my PAN card application and refund my amount 116.20

At first name of the taxpayer was wrongly entered as TARUNBIJAY ADHIKARY, the same was corrected through TIN FC as TARUN BIJAY ADHIKARY and delivered a corrected PAN CARD, But unfortunately correction not showing at efiling site of ITD.
Therefore AADHAAR link failed due to mismatching the name digitally.
I have paid two times for PAN & correction of the PAN.There was no role of the party and no document found as name TARUNBIJAY...

I have Applied for change in pan card vide acknowledgment no. [protected] in feb 2017 and it was received by PAN NSDL office pune on 21st feb 2017. Normally, it takes 10-15 days to update and dispatch new pan card, but it been 1 month and four days now, they haven ot updated and issued new pan card. Moreover, i called in their customer care number thrice but everytime they assure me that ur pan application will be verified...
