    I have applied for PAN Card with Ref ID N-[protected] It has been rejected on basis of name/dob/gender mismatch with respect to my Adhara which are accurate to my knowledge and will be attached to this complaint.

    Insufficient information is provided for rejection of application for we will have no idea how to correct.

    Also nsdl doesn't provide a means of regenerating application to verify the data that has been submitted.

        DEAR ALL,
        I have Applied for change in pan card vide acknowledgment no. [protected] in feb 2017 and it was received by PAN NSDL office pune on 21st feb 2017. Normally, it takes 10-15 days to update and dispatch new pan card, but it been 1 month and 15 days now, they have not updated and issued new pan card. Moreover, i called in their customer care number 5 times but everytime they assure me that ur pan application will be verified and updated within 4 to 5 days.but still they have not issue the card.It was bit urgent.

          what kind of management is this..
          no one to answer the calls..

            I have applied online for correction of pan card through EKYC linked and my token number was [protected].

            Dated on 03rd march 2017 i made payment through my credit card and amount was debited through my card but my request has failed due to some reason and as per your promise the amount will be refunded with in 07 working days.. but still those seven days are come to my life.

                                    I had applied for correction in my wife’s pan on 16th feb’ 17 for which i received acknowledgement mail on 21st feb’ 17 regarding the documents with reference to application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. The application is still under process with nsdl. I applied the complete application digitally and to my surprise even after 45 days, same has not been issued. Pls check and confirm by when pan would be issued. (Attached herewith application)

                                      I got automated response that Aadhar card was not matching with details entered.
                                      I entered exactly the same, How is that possible?

                                      Now it says Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. Can you refund immediately/reset application status to try again?

                                        Sir/Madam,

                                        I had applied for TAN online on 23th March and posted the signed acknowledgment no [protected] by ordinary post and by courier as well. The courier was delivered to NSDL, Pune on 27th March. However as on today I see the status in NSDL tracking website as
                                        "We have not yet received the documents with respect to your TAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your TAN application at the earliest."
                                        Kindly resolve this and issue me TAN number at the earliest.
