1. Non receipt of PAN card sent to me [protected] on 27th Feb., 2017 has not reached me. Kindly advise.

2. Non receipt of PAN card sent to me [protected] Pan cardsent on 18th mar., 2017

Both these cards are not tracked on India Post. Normally it takes 10 days time to reach but as you can see the dates, its almost a month and we are unable to track it on Speedpost. kindly look into it or get in touch with India Post.

    My Pan card was dispatch by speedpost no-EA[protected]IN, but the postman has return it due to some reason. kindly look into the matter and re dispatch it, so i can receive it. Some financial work has been pending due to non acceptance of pan card, please re dispatch it.Kindly do the needfull.

      I use NSDL website to create a new pan card of my neighbor. Temporary Token is [protected]. I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116.20 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 24/03/2017 but Aadhaar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days"where is the amount of my Pan Application?I need my money back.Till now I am not receive the amount.they have to close their website if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change.

              Your PAN card was returned undelivered to NSDL. The reason for non-delivery as specified by the courier agency is 'Consignee was not available'. The same has been re-dispatched on 04-Apr-2017 by Registered/Speed Post vide airway bill no. EA[protected]IN, at the address for communication.

                We have applied for pan card online (ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO [protected]) on 08.03.2107 and the hard copy of the documents reached the destination on 10.03.2017 but it was not updated. on 20.03.2017 we raised a query and accordingly we were replied that they received the same on 20.03.2017 and updated the site with the following text

                "We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL",

                IT WAS QUITE SURPRISING AND UNEXPECTED

                Till date the status remains same and we are eagerly waiting for our PAN. please please please expedite the process as we need to file some pending returns by 31st march 2017.
                please treat the matter as extremely urgent.

                    I had name correction PANCARD online thru KYC dated on 28.2.2017 and my acknowledgment number N_[protected] but after long time I have not received my PANCARD nor my pan is allotted ..
                    Everytime when I check the status online the application shows this message "Your application is under process at NSDL - TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected]/4716302/4716303 for further processing of your application."
                    NONE of the above numbers are reachable.
                    I also sent e-mail to NSDL but not any response my mail.
                    So my humble request to you kindly do the needful.

                                Dear authority,
                                I applied for new pan card online on 19 mar 2017 through e- KYC and made payment as well and the payment was successful and rupees 116. 20 deducted from my bank account but a message generated "your e-KYC based request has failed hence you can not proceed the application with e- KYC". so I request you to cancel my PAN card application and refund my amount 116.20

                                        Dear sir,
                                        In our nsdl nps app I made contribution of Rs.1000/- towards my Pran no :[protected] A S Dinesh. For which I received ack no : 12027150 dated:23.3.17
                                        Since it's been more than 2days I am concerned about the contribution made,
                                        Kindly do the needful... I tried contacting nodal office but no response, I kindly request you to do the needful.
