I have applied for change in pan card on 22nd feb 2017 online. I had opted for paperless application and had linked my aadhar card as supporting documents.
But still i was asked to send the signed application form along with supporting documents and photographs.
I sent these documents by courier on 3rd march 2017 and got copy of receiving...

we call to their ph no :[protected] many times but no reply 3 emails sent to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no reply...

When I opted for "Forgot Password" option. I was asked for my 16 digit Demat number, PAN, Date of Birth and after I entered them all correctly, OTP was sent on my registered eMail & Mobile, which I entered and gave the confirmation. Now, NSDL wants me to take a printout of Password Reset Number provided by NSDL and write to my DP service provider to submit the password change request.

That is Sick! It only increases the paper...

PRAN card have zero balance

I received my PRAN card and password but PRAN card show zero balance when I login.
