DEAR ALL,
I have Applied for change in pan card vide acknowledgment no. [protected] in feb 2017 and it was received by PAN NSDL office pune on 21st feb 2017. Normally, it takes 10-15 days to update and dispatch new pan card, but it been 1 month and four days now, they haven ot updated and issued new pan card. Moreover, i called in their customer care number thrice but everytime they assure me that ur pan application will be verified and updated within 4 to 5 days.but still they have not issue the card.It was bit urgent.

          Sir/Mam,
          My pan card was delivered by nsdl through speed post and it has to be delivered by 10th march 2017. When i track for the speed post i found my pan card reach panipat on 10 mar and on the same day it was returned back. We have not received any call from speed post department and it was returned. And now when I call nsdl pune they said that we have to apply for reprint of pan card and it will not be delivered again. This is a mistake on the part of government departments and the citizens have to suffer. It takes 1 months to get pan card issued and after that it returned undelivered and again we have to wait for new pan card to be issued and delivered. and what is the surety that again when we apply for reprint pan card it will be delivered.

            aboove matter three pan card dispeched some other state while 1 application not showed that status while last application not processed by nsdl.. moreover above vertex customer soluction india pvt ltd not provide any support to us so please take nessary action for that company or cancel that service centre

              One and half month back i applied ...

              Iam checking my pan card status at NSDL status track.

              Present status is..We have received the documents with reference to your PAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL.

              We also send a mail for further quiry 3 time but no respond from NSDL team.

                      I had invested in NPS thorough IDBI POP on 7/1/17. I was not allotted PRAN until 20/03/17. My POP was clueless. My funds were debited on 7/1/2017 itself, losing out onto 7% notional returns in last 3 months.

                      I am constantly trying to contact NSDL helplines, but they don’t work.

                          Sir, I have applied for PAN card to my son GANESAN PRIYADARSHAN and the same was sent through courier.Due to some incidents we went to our village during 14 to 16 Feb 2017and the PAN card was returned to you by the courier agency. The PAN card now has been sent through speed post vide your airway bill no. EA[protected]IN on 02 Mar 2017 and expected to be delivered by 12 Mar 2017.The PAN card is not received till date.                                 This is Sai Sowjanya..I have applied for new pan card on my pan number HRXPS5955R.. one and half month back i applied ...My application acknowledgement number [protected]

                                Iam checking my pancard status at NSDL status track.
                                .Present status is..PAN has been allotted by Income Tax Department, your PAN card is under process at NSDL and will be despatched to you shortly...This status is unchanged since 1 month

                                Pls make it fast...I need pan card ..For my job process

                                    My PAN acknowledgment number is [protected]. I applied for PAN on 02 March, 2017.

                                    My PAN status is still 'Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected] for further processing of your application.'

                                    I have applied for the PAN at Delhi Centre and enclosed driving license as proof of identity, proof of address and proof of date of birth respectively.

                                    I was unable to connect to the aforementioned number as it always seems busy. Kindly provide status of my application.

                                    We have already forwarded your PAN application to Income Tax Department for allottment of PAN. But Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name.

                                      I have applied for a new pan card in the name of sunita kumari which dispatched our address in march 2017. I couldn’t receive the pan card as our home was closed when the local post man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the post man regarding the post. He told that he kept with him for four days and returned to the sender address.

                                        Hi Team

                                        My name is ABHISHEK KUMAR GUPTA and have applied for PRAN on NSDL website and PRAN[protected] has been alloted to me and I had made the min contribution along with esign off.

                                        However have a account with ICICI and during my research incorrectly applied for NPS on their web site but not made any contribution and not signed the docs but without discussion ICICI has also applied a PRAN for me and one more PRAN has alloted to me.

                                        Now the issue is my correct PRAN[protected] is inactive and second PRAN is active however second PRAN is having all wrong details and pending for all verification.

                                        I have requested to your team many time that please activate my correct account and inactive the second account but they are not helpful.

                                        I had a discussion with ICICI as well and they are fine with the de activation.

                                        Please provide your support and activate the correct PRAN account.
