This is regarding correction of my wife’s existing PAN card. It’s being more than 50 days but I have not heard anything from PAN card department. Despite sending multiple request no body is responding. The phone number which have been given on the website not working.

Request you please intervene in the matter so that she can get the updated PAN card as soon as possible....

I have applied for new PAN card on[protected]. My acknowledgement number is [protected]. I have enclosed the required documents and did a registered post. As of the postal India website my documents have been delivered to NSDL by[protected].

Still my pan status is "Documents have not been received yet". It's too early to complain but I don't want to be too late too....

I made a request of pan correction vide ack. No. N [protected] on 15 feb 17. Today on 18 mar 17 the status is still pending with nsdl.

I had filled online application, payed the required fee and speed posted all the necessary documents. The speed post status shows that the package has been received by nsdl pune on 13/02/2017. The post tracking no. Is rk[protected]in. But, while tracking my pan card status application, it says that they have not received my documents till date. I have applied for a new PAN Card in the name of Shivam Shah which dispatched our address in February 2017. I couldn’t receive the PAN Card as our home was closed when the local Post Man reached our home. Later, after couple of days we contact the Post Man regarding the post. I have applied for enps online under acknowledgement number[protected] dated - 10-3-17. My nps account is not credited with the payment however i have made the payment of rs 50000 from my bank by debit card of axis bank limited.

I am unable to make online payment in e-nps via nsdl payment gateway. To get help from the customer care i am continuously dialing the given numbers since last 20 days but either i get an engaged tone or their is no response. My acknowledgement number under e nps is 11245924 and my contact number is [protected]. I hope writing here would be of help to me. I am also putting up the complaint with the union ministry under which nsdl operates....
