Dear Sir/Madam,

I have the following 2 issues needs to be redressed URGENTLY.

1) I received a letter Ref.[protected]/116396950197334991191 dtd. 29.03.17 along with a PRAN CARD, inter-alia, containing an information to send the "Physical application form" within 90 days after registration. Is it required despite e-signed made by me???

2) While trying to contact over toll free [protected], it was asking user-id & the same been put by me as PRAN no. but answer shows as wrong despite with the same PRAN no. i got registered in IPIN.

    I have not received my PAN though it has been released a long back. Post AWB : EA[protected]IN, status showing courier returned. Kindly let me know what next to do. Despite calling many times to the concerned department and courier company, have not received any response from their side. Request you to kindly guide and courier it once again.

          I had applied for correction in my wife’s pan on 16th feb’ 17 for which i received acknowledgement mail on 21st feb’ 17 regarding the documents with reference to application for 'new pan card or/and changes or correction in pan data'. The application is still under process with nsdl. I applied the complete application digitally and to my surprise even after 45 days, same has not been issued. Pls check and confirm by when pan would be issued. (Attached herewith application)

            I got automated response that Aadhar card was not matching with details entered.
            I entered exactly the same, How is that possible?

            Now it says Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. Can you refund immediately/reset application status to try again?

              Sir/Madam,

              I had applied for TAN online on 23th March and posted the signed acknowledgment no [protected] by ordinary post and by courier as well. The courier was delivered to NSDL, Pune on 27th March. However as on today I see the status in NSDL tracking website as
              "We have not yet received the documents with respect to your TAN application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to NSDL to enable us to process your TAN application at the earliest."
              Kindly resolve this and issue me TAN number at the earliest.

                      This is about PAN acknowledgement number [protected] . I had applied for correction in my PAN card in the month of December 2016. Subsequently i had sent the necessary documents by dak to NSDL . The address proof was according to the list given on the website. However i was informed that the address is not matching with the one provided in the application form whereas actually it was matching. Again i was informed that the address proof document is not as per the prescribed list. I sent another copy explaining that it was the receipt of gas cylinder which was one of the option mentioned in the website. Since then i am getting mail that documents are under verification and will be forwarded to income tax department.
                      This whole process has taken more than 3 months without any genuine reason and still the process is not completed.
                      With the government's initiative of making PAN card mandatory for bank transactions and other activities, it is unfortunate that the process takes so much time without any valid reason.

                      Today I got a mail intimating that the gas cylinder receipt is 3 months old . This is as per the last cylinder received and it has become old during unnecessary long process by your office. Secondly, it is told that the address in Aadhar card doesn't match. In this connection, it should be appreciated that Aadhar was issued at my previous place of posting. I will be changing the address in Aadhar also in near future.

                      Time and again, it is being intimidated that the address in application form and proof of address which is the receipt of gas cylinder is not matching which is totally wrong. Also, at one point of time i was asked to submit a copy of gas book which was not necessary according to the list of documents given on website.

                      The unnecessarily prolonging in correction in PAN only indicates harassment and falsifies the claim of issuing the corrected PAN within days. Being a group A officer of central government, this type of response from your office is totally unwelcome. I would request to look into the matter and issue the corrected PAN.

                        Sir my PAN Ack no.[protected] till now pan card is not issued.
                        My documents for above application were submitted on February 20, 2017.i received an email of submission of documents on 20th feb. till now i did not got any notification about generation of PAN card. generally NSDL takes about 15 days to issue PAN but i have not received my PAN till now.Its becoming hard to get my PAN now.

                          Hi,

                          I have applied for TAN for my company 1 month back and it has not been allotted yet.
                          My acknowledgement no. is [protected] and it says "We have received the documents with reference to your TAN application. Your application is under process with NSDL".
                          For past 2 weeks, status has not changed. Getting TAN is really urgent for me as I need to deposit TDS deducted.
                          Please help me resolve my problem at the earliest. I am incurring interest with each passing day.

                            I had applied for PAN correction with NSDL. Though they have received the documents as on 20.02.2017, they are not processing the application.
                            Everyday, i am checking their site to only see that"we have received your documents. The Pan Card is under Process."
                            This is pathetic, if they cannot handle, they they should better quit and let others do the business

                            It is around 10 days since NSDL responded to my complaint by stating that "The concern shared will be analysed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form " and I am yet to get any info from NSDL either through mail or phone.
                            Further their phone is always engaged.
                            Kindly provide concrete update and not vague/generalised answers as above.

                                I had applied for pan using online facility on 31/03/2017, acknowledgment number : [protected] and i have submited digitally through e-kyc method and uploaded my aadhaar document as proof..

                                On completion i received this message,

                                "thank you for using online facility for pan application.

                                If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

                                But now when i check my pan application status it shows

                                "we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your pan application. Kindly submit the requisite documents to nsdl to enable us to process your pan application at the earliest. For further details, please read the guidelines and instructions or contact tin call center at[protected]"

                                Please check my application... And reply what i need to do..

                                    I have applied for correction in november 2016.in December I was asked to send fresh form.my pan card received to me in january 2017 with wrong address.I again requested for correction of address.in February 2017 they intimate me that my issue has been resolved my issue but they are showing my house number is still incorrect. I have again requested through emails(15 emails have been sent)for correct my house number but nothing has been done so far.kindly correct the same.thanks sir.

                                    Pan card has been received to me in january with wrong address and In February again with wrong house number. 15 emails have been sent by me for correcting house number but without any fruitful results.
                                    Kindly correct my house number as 137A instead of 137/A in your record as per my record in my documents sent to your office. and intimate me accordingly. There is no other issue.

                                      I applied for new pan on december 16 2016, through alankit limited at devnandan mall in ahmedabad, which is working as your agency in this field. Matte is that, i didn't get my pan card since today. I have inqured for so many times in that agency but i couldn't get proper response from them, they are charging three rupees extra on each form.                                         My wife has applied for Name of change in PAN post marriage in Feb 17 month and same was e verified by AADHAR also.

                                        After filing an application we have received discrepancy letter about mismatch of name as per PAN application and as per Income Tax Database. NSDL staff does not applying his mind that application was for name change. Hence obviously in income tax there is old name before marriage. So how same is going to match?

                                        Based upon discrepancy, we have sent them courier which was received by NSDL on 8th March 2017. We had attached Aadhar copy before marriage and after marriage which indicates about name change. Marriage certificate.

                                        After having lots of follow up and email correspondence, on 30th March 2017, i received an email that documents is not sufficient.

                                        I am not sure, if above documents are not suffice then which documents would suffice your requirements.

                                        Further NSDL not bother to call us to sort out matter. Every time we need to call them and we received response that your matter shall be sort out within 48 hours. Further only we need to do follow up with them.

                                        NSDL is not providing services to the customer what they are charged for.

                                        Please look into this on priority basis.
