Hi,

I'm really sorry to say that i am really disappointed with the services of nsdl as i haven't received pan card of my mother for close to 2 months now.

On 6-feb-2016, i have applied online for new pan card for my mother asha devi and sent the filled application form with aadhar card (As id, address and birth date proof) to nsdl through dtdc courier on 16-feb-2017.

Details : asha devi, acknowledgement no : [protected]
Docs sent to nsdl through dtdc courier : filled application form copy, aadhar card copy

Dtdc courier tracking showed that courier was received by ajit at nsdl.

When i check the status of pan card online 1.5 months back, it showed 'we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl' and still showing the same status for past 1.5 months.

Till now, my mother has not yet received the pan card and it's showing under process for close to 2 months.

This is really disappointing and i request to please send pan card of my mother asap.

Hi,

I would like to update that the day I made complaint, I got call from NSDL and I was told that the reason for holding of the Card is that payment was not received by NSDL even though I have the payment receipt with me.They mentioned that as soon as I make payment they will start processing of dispatching of Card.

They again took payment from me over that call only asking my Card details (I verified that they are the right people) and promised that I'll receive my Card within 10 days.It's close to 5 days now and the online status of PAN card is still the same ''we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl'

I am loosing trust with NSDL as they should have taken some action and online status should have changed to 'Card Dispatched'

Please take immediate action and help me get PAN Card of my mother which is pending for close to 2 months

    I had apply my pan card on 16/02/2017 . But till now i will not get my pan card . When I go to bank they always ask e for pan card and said that if you will not give the pan card to us i will close your bank account .     I had apply for pan card on 18/02/2017 but till now i dont get my pan card . i always contact aykar samparak kendra . they dont help me and give nsdl and i tries very time they always busy on other calls . when i go to bank they always ask for pan card then what i should do. so help me to give my pan card to me as fast as possible

        I applied PAN for correction in father name. Pan no-HLMPS6516R Acknowledgment Number. [protected] More than 1 months but still the application is under process with Income Tax Department.I tried to contact you through your helpline number that was also not connecting to you.

          I am a student and I have applied for PAN card with Token no.-[protected] and I choosed e-kyc/e-sign through aadhar card. The fees in deducted from bank account but at last process, No OTP was generated for verification of My aadhard card through registered mobile no. and the screen display the exact message as :-

          "Your e-Sign/e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode or e-Sign mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of this PAN application in next seven working days."

          This problem happened to many person.I called at their complain no. but found it, out off reach.
          Is this really DIGITAL INDIA ?
          I want my whole money back, soon.
          Please look into the matter. I hopefully asked you favour to help me to get my money back so that I could apply for pan card through another medium, immediately.

              Company has received my mother's PAN application on 03/03/2017. I check the status daily but it still shows under progress. Max. time for PAN card is one month. I have written 2 -3 reminder emails to the company but no response at all. Please help me to get my mother's PAN card as her investment is on hold due to nonavailability of PAN card.

                My name is shaunak Aggarwal.
                I have not received my pan card though Ihave applied on 26 th jan 2017.
                I AM IN NON RECEIPT OF PAN CARD ACKNOWLEGEMENT NUMBER :[protected]

                A month back i had resubmitted all paper again as track said that adhar card details did not match.
                I resubmitted a letter stating that shaunak Dinesh Aggarwal is same person as Shaunak Aggarwal .Dinesh is my father which is middle name in adhar card. Also i resubmitted my passport copy and adhar copy and the above letter but still the status is same.no progress. Sad how company is functioning. I have not received my last month salary due to the above problem.please do something asap and arrange to send my PAN CARD.

                THOUGH WITH ALL DOCUMENTS GIVEN I SHOULD IDEALLY GET WITH MY LINK TO ADHAR CARD .BUT I REQUEST YOU TO DISPATCH MY PAN CARD ASAP WITH OR WITHOUT ADHAR LINKAGE.

                    My niece applied for corrections in PAN Card No. AJMPN2186K for the following reason
                    through the website pancard.com

                    1. She got married on 14 Dec 2016 and her name after marriage is Dr.(Mrs) Snehal Kunal Kulkarni
                    2. New address after marriage is 103 Amaralin, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Opp. Shree Ganesh Temple, Bhayandar (W), Thane-401101.

Till date when we checked the status we shown one massage we have not yet received the supporting documents with respect to your PAN application. .

                            This pan card return but this pan card not delivered on my address. we go on post office they say pan card not come here. if pan card not come there so why they return our pan card. item delivery attempted door locked-intimation served this stas is mention on my pan card stats

                              This is with regard to Application No. [protected] dated 26.12.2016 which has not been accepted till date. We submitted documents twice duly attested by two different gazetted officers, namely Sri Sanjoy Gupta, Superintendent of Central Excise, Guwahati for the first time and by Sri Deben Deka, Income Tax Officer, Guwahati on the second time. Annexure A for both the officers, with clear seal and signature of the officer was also duly enclosed with the documents submitted. because the reason stated was that the seal/ stamp of the gazetted officer is not clear enough on the documents submitted as proof of identity and proof of communication address. Since the quality of seal/ stamp of the officer is beyond our control, we are hassled for getting a valid PAN only for getting it updated from Minor Status to Regular status, without any basic changes of Father s name, Date of Birth or Address. We have sent all documents once again as attested by Superintendent of Service Tax, Guwahati on 24.03.2017 but status is not yet updated online for receipt of documents sent again. In case you have any doubt about the seal, please speak to the officer who takes the pain to give his/ her mobile number also on Annexure A, instead of rejecting the application for trivial / observations multiple times. Please let us know the status of the Amendment from Minor to Regular. We are deeply aggrieved with the approach and pending status.

                                    Hi Concern,

                                    I've applied for PAN card for my mother on 16th Mar'17, but I've made a mistake while applying the same & the money was also deducted; but at the last moment I've cancelled & PAN was not applied.
                                    Then applied again with correct details which was successful & its under process.
                                    Ideally, I should get the first failed application amount, but I didn't get yet.
                                    I don't have any acknowledgement no. as PAN was not applied in the first attempt. Name for which I was trying to apply PAN is Ritu Valecha. Aadhaar no. if required is[protected]. Please resolve & process refund.

                                      I am Nirmala Das. My PAN card number CZEPD0508D under acknowledgement number [protected] is still kept pending with NSDL since long time and status is always showing "your PAN card is under process at NSDL and will be dispatched to you shortly".

                                      I, therefore, am requesting you sir kindly dispatch the card to me at your earliest since my bank balance is held up for want of the PAN card.
