Hi,

I am Annayappa A aged about 73 years and I have applied for PAN Card. I haven't received PAN card yet and the acknowledgement number is "N-[protected]".
I have sent all the necessary document to the address.
There is no reply from this email id as well [protected]@nsdl.co.in or call does not connect on this number[protected] or the Toll free number [protected] as this asks for user number.
Where od I get this User number. this information was not given while filling the form.

    I have applied for enps online under acknowledgement number[protected] dated - 10-3-17. My nps account is not credited with the payment however i have made the payment of rs 50000 from my bank by debit card of axis bank limited.

    Please check my status and update since i have not been allotted the pran number and my account is also not credited with my contribution till date.

    Dear NDSL,

    I have tried for phone number[protected] a 100 times but shame on your services, It never gets connected.

    Further, Since the transaction has been cancelled, I want to take the refund of the amount paid by me in acknowledgment no[protected] dated - 10-3-17.

    It has already been 14 days and no refund has been received by me for the cancelled transaction.

    You have the worst ever services, Email complaint system gives me a computer generated fixed reply, which is of no use, Phone number given by you on your website never gets connected.

    Pathetic services. Irresponsible company.

    I might have to file a complaint to Mr. Modi for my refund i Guess, since i have already made 4 complaints on your online system with no solution.

      I have applied for online pan card. I did the payment and on the last step my authentication is failed and i got this message

      Your e-kyc based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-kyc mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the pan application in next seven working days.

      Rs 116 are also debited from my account.
      My temporary token is [protected].
      Please help me with my pan card as soon as possible.

          I am unable to make online payment in e-nps via nsdl payment gateway. To get help from the customer care i am continuously dialing the given numbers since last 20 days but either i get an engaged tone or their is no response. My acknowledgement number under e nps is 11245924 and my contact number is [protected]. I hope writing here would be of help to me. I am also putting up the complaint with the union ministry under which nsdl operates.

                I have applied for change in pan card on 22nd feb 2017 online. I had opted for paperless application and had linked my aadhar card as supporting documents.
                But still i was asked to send the signed application form along with supporting documents and photographs.
                I sent these documents by courier on 3rd march 2017 and got copy of receiving (Stamped by nsdl) by courier company on 6th march.
                But when i check my status, it still says that documents not received.
                I have trying to contact nsdl since that day but i have not got any response to email sent and ph no given is continuously busy.
                Please try to resolve issue as early as possible and let me know what happened to my application and my documents.

                  My client sharon sudeshkumar has applied for PAN through NSDL application no [protected] online submitting the physical documents, applied on 15-2-17 documents reached on[protected] to their pune office, but till today i.e after 25 days as on[protected] still status is pan application received pan is under process .

                  we call to their ph no :[protected] many times but no reply 3 emails sent to [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no reply

                  our PM wants to give PAN in 2 days, here after 25 days their agency are still not giving any response.

                  This no[protected] is given for PAN query in all the website including income tax website but it is always not working or show engage .

                    It is for your kind information that I have two NPS lite cards vide no
                    [protected] &[protected] Named Anirban Gupta & Shipra Gupta.
                    .
                    Suddenly on 15.12.2016 I had received a mobile message from BH-NSDLPN
                    like as " As your aggregator opted for de-registration, kindly opt for SBI or
                    CSC e-governance as the new aggregator within 30 Days form receipt of this
                    SMS". After receiving the above massage I was contact local branch of SBI
                    ( 8544 ) in several times, but the manager of said branch was not show any path
                    about depositing my contribution in his branch.

                    So, I am too worried about to continue the said scheme, therefore you are
                    requested to solve the problem and help to continue the scheme .

                          When I opted for "Forgot Password" option. I was asked for my 16 digit Demat number, PAN, Date of Birth and after I entered them all correctly, OTP was sent on my registered eMail & Mobile, which I entered and gave the confirmation. Now, NSDL wants me to take a printout of Password Reset Number provided by NSDL and write to my DP service provider to submit the password change request.

                          That is Sick! It only increases the paper work, when the PM is encouraging paperless activities.

                          If I was anyway required to approach my DP service provider, why my all details were asked and then confirmed through OTP? This is a harassment.
