My mother has applied for new pan card vide ack no [protected] in feb 17.

All documents has been received by your office on 25 feb 17.

Till now the online status showing the following-
"we have received the documents with reference to your pan application. Your application is under process with nsdl"

my mother have to give her pan in bank and it's been two months since she has applied for the pan nd till now we are still waiting for the pan.

If nsdl would take this much time then what is the need for online application process. This process is snailed pace slow as compered to the earlier offline process.

Also, one more thing i want to highlight that on calling the nsdl helpline, it keep on saying that line is busy. And already i have already send multiple email to their official email ([protected]@nsdl.Co.In), but, nsdl not even answered once.

I want to know why there is delay in the process.

    I use NSDL website to create a new pan card. Temporary Token is [protected] . I use e-kyc option for her Aadhar verification. I have paid an amount of Rs.116 using my debit card. MY balance was deducted from the bank on 16/04/2017 but Aadhar verification was not completed due to not receiving any OTP on their registered Aadhar card mobile no. Now it shows me a message when i am checking the status "Your e-KYC based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days. This problem arises due to their OTP verification failure. So till not reflected in my account. So please I want my detected money. Why because I am already applied physicalmode so I want detected money . they have to close their webiste if they can't fix the bugs. This is the true failure of Digital India. Do something for a Change. Thank you.

      Pending way since long. Have called them so many times and the only reply I get is to wait for 3 to 4 days which has converted into months now.
      Hope there is some resolution soon. The govt claims to have been on fast track mode on 1 end and the ground reality is different.

            My wife has applied for name change on pancard on 5th jan 2017 we still haven't received pancard with new name. If we check the status on NSDL website it says "Your application is under process at TIN Facilitation Center. Kindly call[protected]/[protected] for further processing of your application." My Acknowledge no. is [protected], Could you please help me to know why this is stuck in process. I required this urgently as its required for aadhar card and aadhar is required for passport.

              I had applied for TAN number through NSDL. I had received an acknowledgment number to trace its status. The current status says that TAN allotment letter has been dispatched on April 3. But I have not received it yet.

              I had contacted NSDL department for the same through emails and customer care number but they have been neglecting the mails and the customer care tells to contact nearest post office but they are not sharing consignment number.

              I need to know my TAN number on urgent basis, as I have to submit TDS whose last date has already passed. They must tell me my TAN number or atleast share the consignment number which they claim to have dispatched on April 3.

If you have not yet received your TAN allotment letter, you are requested to visit www.incometaxindia.gov.in and download/print the webpage as proof of your TAN.                 I applied new PAN card through online using NSDL e-Governance (https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserLogin.html?type=A).

                I have filled all the information and got the successful authentication, afterwards I have got the following error message even I got the successful authentication. Please let me know what is the status of my PAN application (Tracking Id: [protected])

                  1) The name mentioned in the application form does not exactly match with the name in the Proof of Residential Address.

                  2) Name in Proof of Identity does not contain middle name as mentioned in application.

                  Kindly refund my PAN processing fee.

                    It's been more than 2 months and I still haven't received my pan card. It says "it's under process at NSDL" and I've been seeing that from a month. How can it be under process for so long ? And when you try calling it either gets disconnected automatically or the line is busy. It's such a disappointment to see such lack of concern from your end. I need my pan card soon.

                      Respected sir/madam,
                      I feel like being made to suffer for applying for pan card. I have sent all the relevant documents then what else do they need. The email i have received says that my name and my fathers name should match in the given document, and the document submitted by me were driving license and aadhar card (On multiple verification), self attested and the correction marked in the documents (2 copies of each with application form) have been submitted twice.
                      It seems to that the nsdl official are ignorant in my case (Unknown reasons).
                      Almost 4 months are about to be passed.
                      Either i need the matter to be solved or refer me to the authority who can do the needful in this matter.
                      Frustrated and disappointed with the way of working of nsdl... Feels helpless...
                      I request you please help me at the earliest since i need my pan card

                          Contribution not reflected in to my account do even after successful deduction from my bank account. Already registered for grievance in Central Record Keeping Agency but the reply was unsatisfactory they told me to directly contact by giving an email address of Central Record Keeping Agency.
                          But when I directly mailed it to the Central Record Keeping Agency there again have given the same website link
                          which I have done already previously. So I just want to attach the token number of the previous grievance which
                          is 10167302.

                                When checked online and through message
                                i am getting iinformation as following

                                I am not able to reach it.

                                  still nsdl website is showing that the application is under process...a lot of time is spent...i did not get any update

                                    I am applying for PAN data correction of my PAN No. : BLIPK0589A through online on 25/02/2017 by acknowledgement No. : N - [protected] dated 25/02/2017.

                                    My application with documents is received by tin- NSDL office on 19/03/2017, which is intimated to me by email on same date.

                                    I am not receive corrected PAN upto date.
                                    Therefore I requested to you that correct PAN data as soon as possible and dispatch it.
